What have you eaten today?

I’ve had a ravenous hunger all day and can’t believe how much I’ve eaten and yet still feel hungry! No matter how much I eat, i don’t feel full.
Today I’ve eaten...
A smoked salmon bagel and a glass of cranberry juice.
garlic mushrooms on one of those small half ciabattas.
3 sausage rolls, a packet of frazzles, biscoff chocolate biscuits, half a mango, cheese and crackers. Oh, and a cherry bakewell thingy.
Also drunk about a litre of water, probably more. Had a walk but no other exercise other than pottering about the house. And I’ve had 2 naps Grin
I haven’t had my dinner yet but we are having burgers and wedges, slaw and a big salad (I need it!).
I think this is why I usually don’t eat breakfast, it just makes me bloody ravenous all day long. Or maybe it’s because it’s really cold?!
What have you eaten today?
Just a disclaimer, I’m not being competitive here, I don’t need anyone criticising my options and telling me I haven’t had enough protein/fibre/quinoa/snacked too much etc. I generally eat very well and I’m not worried about what I’ve eaten today, people get weirdly invested and wound up over food threads and about what people eat. I’m just being nosey!

A couple of bowls of cereal because I've got really bad heartburn and I'm scared to eat too much. Am miserable with it.

B- multigrain porridge sachet with almond milk
L- chicken noodle cup-a-soup and a bagel thin
S- popchips, 2 satsumas
D- sweet chilli beef stir-fry with egg fried rice
S- 2 crumpets with pb, 2 mini reeses pb cups, a banana and a percy pig

L - jacket potato with cheese, some salad
S - a few squares of mint chocolate
D - cheese pizza, apple
Peppermint and camomile teas throughout the day

Way too many carbs today... 😭

Im another one if i eat breakfast,i just eat all day.So im back to me 12-8 eating.

Had water,coffee and a glass of wine.

Porridge yoghurt banana blueberries. Some hummus and rise cakes, an apple, a small portion fish pie. Some steamed cabbage carrots peas with cheese and butter, and a big piece of Christmas cake. Coffee and water.

D - homemade burger on brioche bun, salad & oven baked potato wedges. Apple.

Homemade vegetable soup with half a slice of end bit of homemade bread cut into croutons
Beef burger on brioche bun, ketchup, mayo and mustard.
3 quality street
Bite of homemade cake
2 glasses wine

Mackerel pate on toast with tomatoes and gerkins

Bag walkers ready salted crisps

Jacket potato with grated cheese and winter coleslaw

2 Scrambled eggs on toast. Small bowl of wholegrain chocolate cereal with soya milk.

Hummus and cheese sandwich. An apple. Couple of chocolate buttons.

Vegan chicken and mushroom pizza. Clementine.

Various cups of tea, all herbal. First day in a while without caffeine (except for the chocolate).

No breakfast (8-12 fasting)

Watercress, watermelon, onion & feta salad
Ready salted crisps

Chicken escalope, one potato waffle, tablespoon of beans.

Coffee, orange squash and skinny sprinkles to stop me gnawing my own arm off. I will lose the 5lbs I gained over Christmas Blush

Small mug of cocoa (no sugar )
Some M&S ‘chicken bites’ , sweet potato wedges, green beans.
Glass of wine
Thin slice of cheese

Overnight oats with fat free yoghurt and raspberries
4 ryvitas with laughing cow light and tomato
Homemade sausage casserole with reduced far sausages, peppers, mushrooms and carrots, root veg and sweet potato mash
Bowl of special k w/ skimmed milk
Copious cups of coffee and tea.

B - Cheese on toast and one slice of bread with Nutella. Clementine. Cup of tea with soya milk.

L - Cashew nuts and dried cranberries. Banana

S - a few milka chocolates

D - Roasted veggies (courgette, aubergine, carrot, potato and onion) and garlic bread. Slice of cheddar. Might have some more fruit later.

Chocolate fudge cake with chocolate ice cream

Coffee, herbal tea and water

Today

Persimmons, banana and protein yoghurt with honey and hemp mix

Homemade spinach and orange juice
Leftover cottage pie

Rice cakes with peanut butter and apple slices

New potatoes, veggie sausages and roasted veg

Probably something alcoholic as it’s Friday!
