What have you eaten today?

I’ve had a ravenous hunger all day and can’t believe how much I’ve eaten and yet still feel hungry! No matter how much I eat, i don’t feel full.
Today I’ve eaten...
A smoked salmon bagel and a glass of cranberry juice.
garlic mushrooms on one of those small half ciabattas.
3 sausage rolls, a packet of frazzles, biscoff chocolate biscuits, half a mango, cheese and crackers. Oh, and a cherry bakewell thingy.
Also drunk about a litre of water, probably more. Had a walk but no other exercise other than pottering about the house. And I’ve had 2 naps Grin
I haven’t had my dinner yet but we are having burgers and wedges, slaw and a big salad (I need it!).
I think this is why I usually don’t eat breakfast, it just makes me bloody ravenous all day long. Or maybe it’s because it’s really cold?!
What have you eaten today?
Just a disclaimer, I’m not being competitive here, I don’t need anyone criticising my options and telling me I haven’t had enough protein/fibre/quinoa/snacked too much etc. I generally eat very well and I’m not worried about what I’ve eaten today, people get weirdly invested and wound up over food threads and about what people eat. I’m just being nosey!

No breakfast here either.

Lunch-2 slices of Crust loaf, cheese, ham, a yogurt and a small digestive bar.

Dinner- spicy wedges and half an oven pizza

Evening snack- about half a share bag of white choc buttons and a slice of homemade marble cake.

2 slices of Vogel seeded bread toasted, with wholenut peanut butter
2 Grilled Linda McCartney sausages with small tin sugar free baked beans
Oven baked Salmon fillet with 1/4 of a roasted butternut squash, broccoli tips and peas with pesto mayo
1/2 a Phd sugar free protein bar.

Supposed to be dieting, I did so well with the salad bits and a long walk today....and then blew it all with a pile of choc ice cream this evening. Feel sick....!

I have Covid and the above is all I could stomach.

I can't stop snacking!

  • Greek yogurt with seeds and raspberries.
  • Some snack rice cake things and an apple.
  • A tuna and cucumber sandwich and a bag of popcorn.
  • A whole tub of Halo Top.
  • A tangerine.
  • Some cherry tomatoes.
  • A small bag of crisps.
  • A homemade chickpea burger in a bun with cheese and salad.
  • Two pieces of chocolate.

I think that's it? Ugh.

Fresh fruit smoothie (banana, frozen cherries and strawberries. Bacon sandwiches. Chuck of cheese (the bacon sarnie did not fill me up). Salmon, celeriac/potato mash, carrots and broccoli. Homemade flapjack and 2 digestives.

Breakfast: Porridge with banana, raisins and a strip of dark chocolate, coffee.
Lunch: Salmon, new potatoes, asparagus, cherry tomatoes, courgette and spinach with a squeeze of lemon, cherries, chocolate ginger biscuit, Diet Coke
Snack: couple of cheese thins
Dinner: roast chicken, roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, stuffing, peas, carrots, broccoli, gravy and a glass of white wine
Snack: a slice of Viennetta (assuming DS ever goes to sleep...)
Plus water through the day.

Could be worse!

2 turkey twizzlers.
A Greek yoghurt with a spoonful of sugar free granola.
Tuna, mayo, lettuce, cucumber, red onion, sweetcorn salad.

3L water
4 green teas

Will have another green tea as I'm aiming for 5 a day.

If I eat something else it will probably be celery and cheese.

3 coffees, 2l water, glass of red. Mint tea now.

I've been so good for a couple of days! Today I had a toast, then porridge, then some crisps and two biscuits. For dinner we had chicken nuggets, potatoes, veggies and salad. Copious amounts of camomile tea.
