What have you eaten today?

I’ve had a ravenous hunger all day and can’t believe how much I’ve eaten and yet still feel hungry! No matter how much I eat, i don’t feel full.
Today I’ve eaten...
A smoked salmon bagel and a glass of cranberry juice.
garlic mushrooms on one of those small half ciabattas.
3 sausage rolls, a packet of frazzles, biscoff chocolate biscuits, half a mango, cheese and crackers. Oh, and a cherry bakewell thingy.
Also drunk about a litre of water, probably more. Had a walk but no other exercise other than pottering about the house. And I’ve had 2 naps Grin
I haven’t had my dinner yet but we are having burgers and wedges, slaw and a big salad (I need it!).
I think this is why I usually don’t eat breakfast, it just makes me bloody ravenous all day long. Or maybe it’s because it’s really cold?!
What have you eaten today?
Just a disclaimer, I’m not being competitive here, I don’t need anyone criticising my options and telling me I haven’t had enough protein/fibre/quinoa/snacked too much etc. I generally eat very well and I’m not worried about what I’ve eaten today, people get weirdly invested and wound up over food threads and about what people eat. I’m just being nosey!

Well, it started about 12.30 am when I woke and got myself a cup of tea and a couple of slices of bread and Marmite.
Breakfast, porridge with maple syrup, slice of bread and butter, black coffee.
Another black coffee later with a flapjack.
Lunch, leftover fish, cannellini bean and chorizo stew with ciabatta, a bit of roasted ham. Some chocolate.
Cup of tea, two oatcakes and cheese.
Supper, steak and mushroom pie, potatoes, Brussels sprouts. Poached plums and vanilla iceceam.
I am eating for England.

Left over Chinese for lunch and dinner: special fried rice, chicken satay and beef randang. Will have choc cake and custard now .

To redeem myself, tomorrow, I’m planning to make pumpkin and sweet potato soup and a flourless banana loaf.

Way too many slices of toast with hummus throughout the day. Possibly 4 or 5? I had a hummus craving today.
Potato and vegetable soup
Pepper, jalapeño and red onion pizza
Banana
A few crisps
Creme brûlée

Lots of water - I'd normally have 3-4 cups of tea each day in addition to 1.5/2l water, but all my mugs are somewhere in a box as we're moving beginning of next week. Only water bottles were left unpacked, so at least we've had a few caffeine free days Grin

I don’t always eat breakfast - so nothing there.
Black coffee
Lunch - two slices sourdough with s.salmon and avocado
Dinner - double baked goats cheese soufflé. Duck with a sour cherry sauce and potato gratin. A gin and tonic and 2 glasses of wine.

2x toast with dairy free spread and jam

Leftover veggie pasta bake from last night

A slice of spicy fruit loaf and dairy free spread

Roast potatoes, red cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, green beans, peas and sweet corn and a Yorkshire puddings

4 chocolate Santa’s and 4 freddo faces

2 slices of lemon drizzle cake

Handful of pretzels

Pack of chocolate chip oatcakes

I’m breastfeeding at the moment and famished literally all the time. I’m eating more than I ever have and weight is falling off. Makes it feel worthwhile that I’ve essentially turned into my son’s personal soft-serve machine Grin

Up your protein and you’ll probably stay fuller longer.
Yesterday it could have been hormones/time of the month type of thing.

Nothing yet. I had a mug of coffee first thing.
Lunch will probably be egg mayonnaise (home-made mayonnaise) with mash and steamed spinach.

25g 85% chocolate

Piece of cheese

2 celery sticks, 1/3 of a carrot, 4 slices of yellow pepper, two Linda McCartney sausages and an Aldi cheese bake

Another 25g bar of chocolate Blush

Three black coffees and a few glasses of water.

I heated up some left over meatloaf that I made yesterday and some veg and had a big sandwich.

A few onion ring crisps

Baked potato with cheese and salad

Today was the day of good eating but now 2 peroni and 1 glass of wine and for dinner salmon and chips

Muesli with extra nuts and raisins; a chicken sandwich; a satsuma; a slice of Christmas cake; some salted peanuts; cauliflower and broccoli in cheese sauce (large homemade portion).

About 50 cups of decaf coffee.

I’m still hungry.
