What have you eaten today?

I’ve had a ravenous hunger all day and can’t believe how much I’ve eaten and yet still feel hungry! No matter how much I eat, i don’t feel full.
Today I’ve eaten...
A smoked salmon bagel and a glass of cranberry juice.
garlic mushrooms on one of those small half ciabattas.
3 sausage rolls, a packet of frazzles, biscoff chocolate biscuits, half a mango, cheese and crackers. Oh, and a cherry bakewell thingy.
Also drunk about a litre of water, probably more. Had a walk but no other exercise other than pottering about the house. And I’ve had 2 naps Grin
I haven’t had my dinner yet but we are having burgers and wedges, slaw and a big salad (I need it!).
I think this is why I usually don’t eat breakfast, it just makes me bloody ravenous all day long. Or maybe it’s because it’s really cold?!
What have you eaten today?
Just a disclaimer, I’m not being competitive here, I don’t need anyone criticising my options and telling me I haven’t had enough protein/fibre/quinoa/snacked too much etc. I generally eat very well and I’m not worried about what I’ve eaten today, people get weirdly invested and wound up over food threads and about what people eat. I’m just being nosey!

I'm never really hungry for breakfast and lunch so get most of my calories in the evening- it works well for me!

B- multigrain porridge sachet with almond milk
L- itsu katsu instant noodles
S- popchips and a satsuma
D- shepherds pie with runner beans
S- 2 crumpets with peanut butter, 3 percy pigs and a bowl of greek yoghurt with a banana chopped up in it.

Breakfast - poached egg on english muffin
Lunch - smoked pepper and chickpea soup, packet square crisps, banana
Dinner - chicken, leek and chorizo risotto, snack-sized Mars bar.

Espresso.
Small bowl of Greek yoghurt.
1 piece of 80% dark chocolate.
Fried kale, bacon and sprinkling of host's cheese.
1 piece of 80% dark chocolate.
Sausage casserole (sausage in spicy tomato sauce with spinach, no rice).
A couple of cups of tea during day.

Fruit and Fibre with prunes and banana, toast and Marmite, black coffee.
Another black coffee.
Lentil soup, bread, cheese, crackers.
Tea and a flapjack.
Roast veg, couscous, fried halloumi, stir fried Brussels sprouts, with harissa dressing.
Poached plums with a flapjack.

D: Leftover vegan chicken pie bake thing with mash,kale and mixed veg, Lidl low cal salted caramel icecream
S: Salt and vinegar rice cake, small bowl dolly mix, 2 coffees, 1 low cal hot chocolate, oat cookie

Lots of tea and coffee + 2 pints of water (which is a big deal for me as I hate plain water but am trying to be "good" as been super unhealthy and put on loads of weight in the last year)

Three small bits of toast with peanut butter and jam (because I forgot to add salt when making the bread!)

One and a half breville toasties with chopped up frankfurters, beans and cheese in them

Leftover roast pork with roast potatoes, broccoli, green beans, stuffing and apple sauce

A handful of IKEA Swedish fish sweets.

Reading this back that's quite a lot of food and a bit rank!

Home made butternut squash soup, satsuma and 1/2 a protein bar
Veggie sausages, 1/2 tin baked beans (no added sugar). Small slice toast.
Skyr yogurt topped with blueberries.

Waaaaaay too much strong black coffee and a bagel with marmite

Then my dad dropped homemade pork pies on my doorstep. Ate one with pickles and mustard.

Spearmint green tea.

3 digestives.

Dd requested sausages mash and baked beans for dinner. I think she’s pining for school dinners. I obliged but had kale instead of beans. I needed the greenery!

Will eat fruit and veg tomorrow, I promise.
