Morning all! What are you up to today?

It's my birthday today. No-one else is up so I'm enjoying my quiet cuppa. Dd2 told me I had to have a lie in & wait for someone else to make a cup of tea this morning but if I did that, I'd end up waiting 'til this afternoon

There's a load of washing to be done & mountain of pots to wash but other than that not much house-work. I might clean the upstairs bathroom though - the bath could do with a scrub before I run myself one later.

I expect the girls will spend a fair bit of time on Minecraft & dd2 will carry on reading either H.P. or Percy Jackson. & we need to feed dd2's mantis.

I plan to do as little as possible & maybe nip for a quiet walk to my friends if a parcel I've sent there arrives.

I have no idea - but need some inspiration or the whole weekend will drift by!

Last day of self isolation today, I can go out at 11.59pm. So today I am stuck indoors at my parents house with nothing to do apart from watch cold feet on catchup tv. Tomorrow is a different story, I will do a big shop before I go home.

Happy birthday, it's my son's birthday tomorrow so today will be spent wrapping presents and trying to hide the balloon tower that is being delivered at lunch time. His present hasn't arrived, so going OTT with decorations instead, which will be a poor 2nd.

Actually we have quite an "exciting" day planned. DS is at his autism support group for four hours. In that time the rest of us will have a drive out to drop a new mobile phone to the hospital for MIL. She is no longer at the main hospital a couple of miles away and is now at a hospital out in the sticks, it doesn't have the bedside phone/TV thing so she has no way of contacting us at the moment.

Cherry I considered making "11" out of balloons for dd2 on the 28th Dec but would have struggled to hide it so decorated the tree instead. Fingers crossed you have a present delivery today!

Smarty we've had to SI twice now thanks to school. It's very boring when the choice about doing nothing much is taken away.

Bubbins I spend lazy days crafting, either with the girls or my own stuff. It feels like I've achieved something but I've still had a relaxing day rather than the weekend's vanished without doing much.

not much planned here I had surgery on Wednesday so struggling to move icy at the moment but it's pretty boring being stuck in bed! Hearing the chaos of my 18 months old Downstairs with my husband is pretty funny though

I'm doing a food shop. Possibly taking DS to the park depending on weather and get a takeaway coffee. Then home to watch some films. DS will play a lot of Roblox no doubt.

Off sledging in a short while, lunch then a snowy mountain walk this afternoon. Snowed for 8 hours solid yesterday so im out to enjoy it, its very icy but beautiful!

I'm mentally preparing myself for a battle to get the kids off screen to go outside for a bit of scooting or running around. The rest of the day I will be stressing out about lack of money and trying to not get into another argument with DH. I thought this 3rd lockdown would be better but it's almost identical to the first one.

Covid vaccine and being trained to give them. Very excited!

Chilling. May even have a nap this afternoon.
Had to go on a long journey[within lockdown rules]. Am back now. Need to do nothing for the sake of my health!

Happy birthday 🎂. I have an ongoing list so I don't end up with empty days stretching ahead. Today is workout, clearing garden shed, long walk, choosing seeds for the veg patch. Very rock n roll !

I got up to do a Covid test on DS1 (Ipsos Mori survey thing, he hasn't got symptoms) and now we have to wait around for the courier. He kicked off (sensory issues/ASD) so I couldn't do the test properly I then did some Lego with DS2. Chufty badge firmly secured writing this in the bath whilst the boys waste their lives on the Switch.

DH going to Aldi in a bit, might stick the boys out the front on their bikes (cul de sac) if we're going to be waiting in all day.

We had snow yesterday so I feel like they've at least had some excitement in their lives this week.

Got to nip and do a food run for my parents - have promised DDs drive through McDonalds for lunch to compensate for supermarket trip.
Need to take down Xmas Tree (I know, I know) and going to make banana bread this afternoon.
Going to go to bathroom now for a bit of a beauty pamper as DDs about to go on Roblox.

DH home from work around 2ish - probably go for a walk in the woods round the back of house.
Then we’re having takeout from our local Italian tonight to support them - we really don’t want them going out of business as we love it there so much.
Disney + film - DDs choice so Lord knows!
Early bed as back to work tomorrow (NHS). Been off work for almost 3 weeks with Covid so a bit nervous about going back - will I remember everything?!!

Happy Birthday I'm still in bed enjoying the peace, we have a small DIY job to do that should only take 15mins but I can guarantee it'll take a couple of hours! A walk with a friend this afternoon then Zoom drinks this evening.

I'm going to do bare minimum. Husband is on virtual uni lectures all day and I'm looking after the two preschoolers. I've got a raging bout of cystitis and feel crummy

Just did an hour long yoga class and hopped back into bed. I have 2 cats and a dog staring at me willing me to feed them. Would like to get out for a decent walk and have to do a food shop also. Few bits to do around the house but nothing more exciting planned.
