What is your favourite soap scent?

I love to buy a gorgeously scented posh bar of soap to use in the shower, it's my little bit of luxury in the morning.

The shop I always buy it from is outside my local area, (and probably closed anyway). I usually get mango scented, it's my favourite.

I'm about to run out and I thought if I have to buy online anyway, maybe I should be mixing it up and trying a different scent.

What are your favourites?

I also love the blue Pears soap, not the brown one, which smells a little medicinal to me.

As said above, the Yorkshire Soap looks lovely, but a £5 postage charge for one bar is a bit off-putting!

Petit Marseillais (sp?) ones are gorgeous. I go nuts in the supermarket in France and bring it all home!!! They're so cheap too.

Lily of the Valley - if I can ever find any.
Otherwise Pears.

I’ve had some ‘sea’ smelling soaps as gifts, which are also nice.

I love Savon Jura

I’m glad someone revived this thread, I’m going to try some! I like rhubarb and rose, but it’s a liquid hand soap. Fruity smells are gorgeous.

@Branleuse oh I love that Maja soap ,I've just ordered the last two on Amazon .Sure they will be restocked .

I may have to try the sandalwood you've mentioned - purely on the basis that if you like Maja ,then that is likely to be good as well .

Love Love Love the French soaps! Not too keen on the fruity ones tho. My absolute favourites are almond or vanilla, I could sit and sniff them all day😂
I once had a bar of soap from Cyprus, was only 1€, it was donkeys milk, smelled amazing.
On a supermarket level I used to love Dettol soap but they've changed it and it smells horrible now. Palmolive is nice.
