Just to say hello?

My toddler is a full.blown whirlwind of demands
My mother is in hospital for mental health issues
I thought my 3 month old was beginning to settle but her silent reflux has come back with a vengeance over the last couple of days. The medication makes her so windy but she has got bad again so I'm going to have to give it to her.

I'm so tired and stressed and defeated.

I'm awake. Either DP or one of his dogs did such a rancid fart it woke me up! I doubt i'd react so badly to my own. If it happens again im sleeping on the sofa!

Me. Pregnancy insomnia. Actually managed a couple of hours before 4am tonight. That was a nice surprise, but then awake at 2.45, them needed food, then the dog needed out and still awake.
What medication is she on for the reflux OP?

I am awake due to various reasons. Luckily don't start work till 11 so still have time to dfift back off.
Was Industy a good watch apart from the oral?

I’m awake my Costochondritis has flared up, it’s inflammation of the intercostal cartilage between your ribs it’s painful as hell but not life threatening in anyway.

@Iminaglasscaseofemotion I feel such a fucking failure. They gave her gaviscon to start with but trying to get 15ml into an EBF baby was a nightmaren- she usually just threw it up. So then they gave me omeprazole which made her poo loads. It was then DH and I said we felt she had grown out of it anyway. Last few days she has been.a.bt unsettled and tonight has been horrendous.

Hope you get some sleep. When are you due?

I'm here. Was still awake at gone midnight then awake at 4 worrying about home schooling / work / exercise / pending drs app on Thurs for abnormality oh boob.
Had such a good day back in work yesterday as well. Gutted to be home again.

@chocolatespiders it was watchable but kist unbelievable - it was as I imagine banking was possibly in the 80s - coke on every surface.

Hello OP, I woke up early. How is your mum getting on?

@FieldsofLavendar what will you miss in lockdown? It'll be ok, this won't go on forever. I really wanted to stay with one of my friends (same county, same tier. Are tiers still standing??) for a few days but feel a little unsure about it. He's now my bubble and lives on his own but may have to check first to see if this is ok.

Last thing watched: House, season 2. They've changed the intro music now, used to be teardrops, it's baffled me slightly.

Feeding my 5 month old and dreaming of the day he sleeps through the night or at least longer than 4 hours. He has reflux too, omeprazole helped, it took a while to settle down but he's much better now.

@Frownette she only met with a consultant yesterday, I'm going to speak to her today and see if there is any update.

We managed to take toddler to see FC just before Christmas which was great. Other than that it has been the park basically every day!

@OhToBeASeahorse sorry to hear about our mum and your DC. My DC was ill quite a bit as a baby and the early hours of the morning were always the worst to be awake.

We are working our way through the DVDs of Morse atm, having done A Touch of Frost. Not much sex in either, I'm afraid, but a distraction nonetheless Grin

I’m awake, since 3.45. I’m a shit sleeper but had been sleeping quite well recently (well to me means no 5 hour stints awake in the middle of the night)...but Boris has put a stop to that.
