What’s everyone eating over the next week?

Just about to sort out our food shop for the next week and we have realised we have no enthusiasm for food!! Not like us, we are voracious cooks and eaters, always got something going on in the kitchen yet with all the recent food consumption we can’t think of what we might like to eat!
Would anyone be willing to share their meals for the next few days please, just for some inspiration?

Beyond tonight, where we are having turkey biryani, I have no ideas!

Justcashnosweets · 28/12/2020 18:33

We've just had honey glazed gammon for tea with roasties and cauliflower cheese. I think the rest of the week will be spag bol or hot pot, red thai chicken curry, Steak pie, and probably chicken salad wraps when I can't be bothered to cook. Beyond that, I have no idea.

Fresh ravioli with homemade sauce and garlic bread- nice change from turkey which the lay of got used for sandwiches at lunchtime.

H1978 · 28/12/2020 18:38

Chicken tikka flatbreads tonight, chicken nuggets with veg and sauce tomorrow and possibly a prawn rice dish and homemade quiche sometime in the week.

Gwenhines · 28/12/2020 18:40

Dust and 1 piece of cress. It's all I need for a week.

Lookingforwardto2021 · 28/12/2020 18:44

I’ve been looking for inspiration too. I found an interesting recipe for black bean enchiladas. I am thinking of making them gluten-free with either rice or buckwheat pancakes as the wrap.

Tofu scramble and fresh salsa with tortilla chips.

I made a lovely dip with roasted beetroot, Greek yogurt and fresh goats cheese.

Winter stews? Although I tend to eat too much bread with these. And they can be a bit boring.

I miss summer veggies and light meals

Aquamarine1029 · 28/12/2020 18:46

I can't even think about food. I over-indulged over Christmas and feel like total shit. I keep asking myself why I thought it was a good idea to eat my body weight in cheese.

helloxhristmas · 28/12/2020 18:46

Butter chicken tonight
Something with potato dauphinois tomorrow as ended up not using it on Xmas day

Beyond that no idea I am uninspired and have a delivery booked tomorrow so need to figure it out tonight!
