unless it's really really warm I always wear socks.

Without, but only because slippers always come in "size 5-6" or "size 7-8" and I'm a 6.5, 7-8 falls off, so I buy 5-6, but if I put socks on, my feet won't go in my slippers.

Without. Socks are the devil and I never wear them. I wore my slippers with tights today and i felt like an English man holidaying in the Costa Brava. Never again!

Without, I wear ugg boots as slippers. I always get a garish colour so I don't get tempted to leave the house in them. They'd be too hot with socks.

With, because I kick my slippers off when I’m curled on the sofa. I couldn’t be having with taking my socks on and off all day every time I got up or sit down.

Also a slipper dodger. The only reason I wear them is, very rarely, when my feet are cold. So always with socks, for maximum warmth.
Agree that no socks makes them feel yuk after a bit, and that's with feet that hardly sweat at all.
Definitely with socks if they're microwaveable. And if they're wheat bag type affairs surely they can't be washed at all, so even more reason to use socks?

Either. I throw my slippers in with the washing most weeks so it is fine.

With. Otherwise they will stink, plus just a lot more cozy! I’m American and for me it’s like using a top sheet on my bed. It simply feels cozier than just the duvet and cover.

Gosh how things have changed, I'm using the 'Boil-in-the-Bag' type - and I thought THEY were modern.

I wear slippers around the house generally with socks (mainly because I mostly wear walking boots and wellies so don’t want them inside the house) but if I was just using slippers to go from the bedroom to the bathroom or to nip down and make a coffee I’d not wear socks. I have an upstairs pair and a downstairs pair!

I wear sliders (hate that word) mainly or if it’s really cold some sheepskin ones. Alway without socks - I actually like having slightly cold feet, I find it regulates my body temp otherwise I feel sick.

I rarely wear socks and (this will probably cause half of mn to vomit) usually wear the same pair for about 3 days, bu that’s because I wear them for such a short time. So put them on for 20 min school run on Monday. Then again 20 mins Tuesday etc.
