My kids have been out and sang Jingle Bells afterwards, they enjoyed it.

It got silly after Clap for the NHS. We had Lets dance on our doorsteps (Reach for the Stars was the suggested track ) a minute silence on our doorsteps, play instruments on our doorsteps, now bells. Most of them fail to gain popularity.

People in our road had a socially distanced doorstep Christmas Eve drink at 6, but no bells at all.

Our 4 year old neighbour knocked on our door to check if we were doing the jingle, glad we got a bell, lots of people in our street were out, the kids loved it.
