Why am I getting my pay so earlier?

I'm usually paid from work on the last day of the month but just checked my bank and it's going in tomorrow?
Anyone else?

My official say was Christmas day but I was paid 21st this is a new job where I get paid four weekly but I am used to being paid 28th of the month so I transfer everything out until the 28th. I get 13 pay days a year so by doing this my 13th payday will be used next year for Christmas etc.

Teacher. Usually paid on the 28th. Instead they pay us the same date as the non-teaching staff and we were paid on the 18th.

I whacked it all into my savings and will transfer back the pay on the usual pay day so as not to trick myself into thinking I have more than I have.
