When do I start eating the Christmas food??!!

Serious question
We are tier 4- I have loads of Christmas snacks in. They are staring at me 👀 I keep walking past them trying to ignore them. Is it acceptable to start eating them now? I don't want to have nothing left for Christmas itself if I start now! Haha
When does everyone else start on the Christmas snacks?

DH has just asked if he can open the cheese board and I’ve said no. Mince pies are ok though. It’s the law!!!

Opened and ate some chocolate Florentine biscuits today with my husband.

I started the orange Lindor chocolate balls last week.

Already on our second box in two weeks of M&S mini mince pies.

We’ve opened the tubs of celebrations and heroes, had mince pies and sausage rolls. Baileys got opened Thursday and I’ve drank every night since. Tier 4, finished work and it’s just me and DH for the duration so why not!

As soon as we had had enough of Boris yesterday we opened the baileys and a chocolate orange. DH has been eating mince pies for weeks, I had my first one today. We have a stash of Christmas goodies in the spare room - the rest will come downstairs after I finish work on 22nd

I opened the festive les cadburys fingres earlier for DS so I'm declaring it open season.

Update; I've just opened a bottle of prosecco and plan on cracking the florentines out shortly. It's chriiiiiiiiiistmaaaaaaas!

And for when you get fed up of Christmas food - my local spar had creme eggs and galaxy eggs in last week

Port & chocolates for me tonight, tier 4 relatives no longer coming for Christmas & there is a mountain of food to be consumed.

I’ve started on the cheeses and mini pork pies already. Will be getting to M&S early tomorrow for more snacky things. Thankfully I’ve resisted buying loads of chocolate this year as no visitors or colleagues to share them with.

We started Saturday night after getting back from Tesco with said Christmas food. Only tier 2 here so figured we could go get more if we needed.

My Christmas snack stash is being kept in the car boot. If I bring it in, it will get eaten. Trying to hold out until Christmas Eve.
