I started a thread with the same title in the summer as I was struggling to get motivated. If you'd like to add your little achievements, please do!

Today I have

Cleaned the bathroom
Had a bath
Nagged the DCs to have a bath until they finally gave in.

OP posts:

Loving all the productivity on here! Yesterday I barely lifted a finger but have made up for it today:

Did a jigsaw with DS
Changed DS bedsheets
Made two other beds
Three loads of laundry all done and hung up to dry
Washed the cats litter trays
Emptied and reloaded dishwasher
Cleared and cleaned the dining table

Harrykanesrightsock · 20/12/2020 16:31

Shaved my legs (it's been a while)
Deep conditioned my hair with coconut oil
Washed the dogs beds
Organised sky movies
Vacuumed the stairs, two flights

Ha @Remus that has made me smile for the first time today I think!
Glad to be of service!

I've done loads today.
Ironed, including 18 shirts.
Hoovered.
Bleached the windows of mould.
Changed and washed dehumidifier crystals.
Tidied whole house. Wiped kitchen floor. Emptied bins and recycling.
Cooked a roast leg of lamb.

bettxmascake · 20/12/2020 16:47

@RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie

Made a Voodoo Boris:
You just won the Internet...for the rest of xmas Grin
Beamur · 20/12/2020 16:49

Cleaned out the guinea pig.
Finally finished putting the sodding bike shed together (with DH).

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 20/12/2020 16:49

Thanks, Bett Grin

Aroundtheworldin80moves · 20/12/2020 16:50

Since my earlier message I've been for an hour's walk and phoned my DM.

I'm now deciding between reading my book and wrapping DHs presents.

Chimeraforce · 20/12/2020 16:53

Went for a long walk whilst the weather was good.
Did a lovely roast. Partner put the chicken on bbq rotisserie and I did lovely roast spuds, carrots and parsnips.
We've had the first weekend without builders since September (new house being built next door) and my mood has lifted.
Apart from tier 4

happytobemrsg · 20/12/2020 16:53

Cooked everyone a nice dinner

Gingernaut · 20/12/2020 16:56

Dyed my eyebrows and eyelashes

Painted the reverse of a mirror - the mirror shine paint didn't completely fix a small scratch on a second hand mirror, but it made it slightly less noticeable

Tried out a shellac based primer on a small section of a problematic wall.

I've been getting high on paint fumes all day.

Lastfreakinglegs · 20/12/2020 16:57

Did a lidl shop and an Iceland shop and a home bargains shop. Took the dog for a walk.

hellohello202011 · 20/12/2020 16:57

Gave my toddler a bath, washed her hair (she hates it), cut her nails in her sleep!

UnicornAndSparkles · 20/12/2020 16:59

Had sex with DH.
Baked some cakes and iced them with 3yo DD.
Put the washing on, and then onto the airer when done.
Played with DD.
Light tidying.
Started to make dinner.
Quite pleased with my progress today tbh! Took it all at a slow pace as am 22wks pregnant and about the size of a whale.

Plussizejumpsuit · 20/12/2020 17:01

Took my apperently difficult to obtain prescription to the pharmacy for the item to be ordered in. Bought a few bits from tesco while I was there. Olaplex treated my hair.

Misstabithabean · 20/12/2020 17:04

Answered an email I've been putting off.
Met a relative for a walk in the park.

Nettleskeins · 20/12/2020 17:06

Washed the living room windows that had been grimy for a year
Cleaned teenage DD s bathroom that she never cleans and is meant to, six weeks in from last clean, and felt v generous spirited rather than resentful...
Walked a mile to deliver a Xmas card by hand and was rewarded by a street of beautiful front doors with Xmas wreaths (posh neighbourhood)

Inthetropics · 20/12/2020 17:59

Ok, so far i have..

  • Washed all dishes
  • Fed cats and dog
  • Wrapped some gifts but still have a few to go
Nuie · 20/12/2020 18:03

and to supplement my previous post I just sewed these on my dds camp blankets in readiness for Christmas Day evening (to be spend outside round the fire pit).

What have you achieved today, no matter how small?
CarinaMarina · 20/12/2020 18:05

Finally got out the needle and thread and repaired the torn pocket on a coat, and put the button back on a pair of pyjama bottoms.

Finished a crochet Snoopy that I promised a friend months and months ago.

Inthetropics · 20/12/2020 18:11
  • Rescheduled 2 patients (yes, on a sunday)
  • Cleaned cats litter tray
  • Tidied the obvious stuff
lyinginthegutterstaringatstars · 20/12/2020 18:12

I cleaned the bathroom

Cooked dinner

PoppyOppy · 20/12/2020 18:15

Finished a Christmas wreath for my front door, all made with foliage and berries from my garden.

Prepared another present for a friend and it's cooking in the glass kiln.

Cleared the hall of all detritus and vacuumed it. Threatened DH that if he dumped anything in said hall, he would find himself underneath the patio.

delilahbucket · 20/12/2020 18:16

Had a full day off work. The first since 6th September.
Cleaned the shower hose and head.
Ironed all of my t-shirts.
Cooked a huge batch of chilli.
Braved Aldi 😂
Picked up our Christmas day dessert from a local bakery.
Did a 5.5km run having not been for over two weeks.
And most importantly, spent more than five snatched minutes with ds.
I would say a pretty productive day. Even got some down time! Dp is happy as I cooked lunch and tea, and cleaned up afterwards. He's been on full kitchen duties for weeks while I've been working 15 hour days.
