Mine most loved was cucumber too.

I cancelled my ocado smartpass last year, as M&S food just doesn't do it for me, and we had stopped using ocado tbh.

Mine wouldn't be cucumbers, obviously.

Just posted this on the Ocado mega thread over on the Covid board, but it bears repeating.

I am apparently their top customer in my county. My county isn't a small one, 1.2 million people live here.

I am such a top customer I didn't get any of the free shortbread they handed out.
I wasn't given access to any Christmas slots until last meaning I've ended up going to Waitrose for my Christmas shop because I couldn't get a date after December the 19th.
My Smart Pass has now risen to £9.99 a month, a figure they say they can't change despite me pointing out the inconsistency in their pricing.
Half the things I want to order are out of stock.
M&S stock is often cheaper in store for the same product.

Honestly, it's annoyed me more than impressed me and strengthened my resolve to leave them next year.

What is it with everything being out of stock? Particularly M&S stuff. It's useless and I think I will cancel my smartpass too.

Also, I think we’ll cancel our smart pass when it expires next month. It’s got so much more expensive, and so much is out of stock.

I'm so sick of Ocado. Absolutely nothing is ever in stock. It's infuriating. I've got a cheap smartpass but tbh it's wasted money at the moment because I'm just going to a supermarket rather than only being able to order 1/4 of what I need.

I'll be leaving too - a video telling me I've ordered a lot of garlic isn't going to change that Hmm

My only complaint is mouldy raspberries - every time

I cancelled my smart pass during lockdown as I couldn't get a delivery slot. The customer service guy said, you'll have to pay for your deliveries now. I was like, what? I'm cancelling because I can't get a delivery Confused dickhead. Anyway my most bought items were grapes milk and bacon. Rock and roll.

I tried to order a Christmas shop but literally everything was out of stock. So I went to Lidl and spent half as much. Win win.

Ocado cruelly dumped me part way through my new customer free pass trial. I know "covid", but they have done very little to try and win me back.

However I am very grateful for the little heater that came back in March, especially as I am working in the conservatory again.

My second favourite purchase is eggs. Yes I can imagine. But apparently my top favourite is Oreos. I don’t eat them. Have ordered twice for when my adult DD visits as they are vegan. So not only is it a shit video but it’s not even true.
I had an order a couple of days ago and they didn’t deliver a single frozen item that I had ordered.

I was really unhappy with the way before switchover ocado cut back on all the things I couldn't actually get at our Waitrose branch, which was why I ordered onlime mainly.

We're our counties top buyer of oatcakes. I was worried it'd be Pringles or sweets for DS, and was amazed it was something healthy tbh .
