I am apparently their top customer in my county. My county isn't a small one, 1.2 million people live here.
I am such a top customer I didn't get any of the free shortbread they handed out.
I wasn't given access to any Christmas slots until last meaning I've ended up going to Waitrose for my Christmas shop because I couldn't get a date after December the 19th.
My Smart Pass has now risen to £9.99 a month, a figure they say they can't change despite me pointing out the inconsistency in their pricing.
Half the things I want to order are out of stock.
M&S stock is often cheaper in store for the same product.
Honestly, it's annoyed me more than impressed me and strengthened my resolve to leave them next year.
