another 'who is this actress' please

I saw a brief glimpse of a young actress this morning, I think on Classic Corrie or Classic Emmerdale - she is definitely Northern. I think.

She has long dark hair, and that is pretty much all I can remember I'm sure she's been in something recently, talking with a really strong Northern Accent. I think I remember her portraying someone very confident.

I have been trying to remember her all day with no luck, so am setting MN the challenge

I think I’m going to give up. I can visualise her in a scene, but can’t see her fully or the people she’s talking to I don’t think there’s any hope.

Google Catherine Kelly in Mr Selfridge. She played a strong role there and a strong role as a detective in 'Criminal'. She was in Coronation Street years ago.

It’s no one already suggested. @neverearlythoughItry I can’t remember the scene, or even which programme it was. I just think it was Emmerdale as that was the right channel.

I have searched imdb fir everything Northern programme I can think of, yet still nothing is ringing a bell.
