another 'who is this actress' please

I saw a brief glimpse of a young actress this morning, I think on Classic Corrie or Classic Emmerdale - she is definitely Northern. I think.

She has long dark hair, and that is pretty much all I can remember I'm sure she's been in something recently, talking with a really strong Northern Accent. I think I remember her portraying someone very confident.

I have been trying to remember her all day with no luck, so am setting MN the challenge

Sophie the nanny from Classic Emmerdale slightly reminds me of her, despite the different hair colour. Similar age - although I dont know whether I am picturing her in something from years ago, or something more recent so I could be miles out!

Have a look here en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emmerdale and see if you can spot the episode you were watching. It has a lot of the cast listed. I think Corrie would be similar.

She is probably the closest so far.

I don’t think Jenna Coleman had a strong northern accent. She played the Vicar, Ashley’s niece jasmine.

I have, and googled the names that I don't recognise. But as I say, I am not 100% sure she was in Emmerdale, the television was only on in the background this morning, and as I normally watch Classic Corrie at that time, Classic Emmerdale is on straight after.
