Anyone else have a "natural" weight?

Anyone else have a weight where they can eat whatever they want and stay that weight?

If I diet I can lose weight but if I eat whatever I want - takeaway, chocolate every day, biscuits, icecream etc (within reason I guess?), I don't go above 64kg/10st??

For the record I'm not happy at 10st and like to be lighter, around half a stone lighter, in order to do that I have to diet and really watch what I eat. But it seems to be my body's natural weight. Is this a thing? Anyone else?!

10 stone is mine as well. If I get to ten stone I'm really unhappy and feel uncomfortable but I do just seem to go to there if I don't look after myself

Bizarre isn't it @triceratops12 it's like our bodies are saying you've reached your maximum capacity now!

For years and years, I was 64kg. Then I discovered exercise and cooking properly. Now if I’m above 62kg I take action and I’m happiest at 60kg. I can stay there now with minimal thinking about it because I’m working out a lot.

I sit at 10 stone 10lb without any effort. I would obviously like to get to 10 stone however I just don't give a figgy at the moment to put any effort in Grin

I’ve just checked and 64kg is the magic 10 stone as well!
I wonder if we’re all the same height.

10 st for the average height woman in the UK puts their BMI at just under 25, within the healthy range. So no wonder 10 st seems to be a 'natural' weight for many?

My body for a long time sat at 9 stone 3 with no effort.

Now it sits around the ten stone mark, although 9 stone 5 is where I feel more comfortable it takes a tonne of effort and loads of exercise to get there.

I'm happiest at 60kg too! I feel sexy and slim at that weight.

I'm 5"6. A large size 10 I'd say.

When I was younger, sure. Not any more though. if I want to maintain a healthy weight these days, I have to put effort in.

I have to work my arse off and basically not eat to be 11 stone. 12 stone seems to be my natural sitting point pretty much eat what I want when I want and don't go over it.

I look so much better at 11 but it's bloody hard work.

I'm a size 8 and I stay at 62kg no matter what I do. I work out 5 times a week and walk a lot and watch what I eat. I'm only 5'4 so 62 seems a lot but I lm slim..I tend not to go over 65 eveb when I'm a size 12! My inches seems to go up or down but not my weight

These threads are always amazing reading. I'm 5ft7 and 9 stone 11/12 so around 62 kg but need to wear a 12 most of the time. My natural weight used to be 9 stone and I'd love to be there again but now I'm pushing 10 stone.

I can with a bit of concentration get to 9 stone 7 but I never stay there for long. I get very frustrated as I think that my clothes hang better when I'm a bit lighter!!!! I'd love to know how to do this and get back to 9 stone!!

5ft 4, and absolutely my body likes to be at around 10st mark! Im in my 30s.

In my mid 20s I was around the 9st 5 Mark

Mid 30s to get to 9 stone I have to REALLY work at it. My bodies absolute natural state is 10st - 10st 5.

I would still rather be 9st something. Few months ago got down to 9st 13.... I had honestly stopped eating anything enjoyable. It was no way to live! Lol.

I'm exactly the same. If I'm eating whatever I want, or not exercising, I hover close to 10 stone and stick there. But I don't actually feel comfortable being that weight. I like being 9 stone but I do have to work at maintaining that weight and I'm not sure I have the inclination to work that hard at it anymore. 9st 7lbs is a good happy medium for me. I've just had my second, and probably final baby, so I'm hoping I can get back to my happy place weight soon.

Yep, 60kg at 5 foot 2. It's what makes me doubt the calories in / out actually works for everyone.

I have to eat the healthy stuff and do the occasional exercise to stay where I like to be - around 10-11 stone

From age 18 - 38 I was 8st 10lb whatever I ate. Had a child at 38 and menopause at 45 and for the last 20 years my natural weight has been 11st 2lb - if I try to lose weight it works for a bit then I put it back on plus a bit more, so I settle for that weight. I am 5'5". Also if I lose weight I get a gaunt and frightened look and look much younger when I am my natural weight.

60kg.

I did more intensive exercise and I was slimmer Grin and got slightly disappointed that the scales were still bang on 60!!

I overate badly during xmas season one year and went up to 63 Confused within a month without any kind of diet, yes, I was back to 60
