Arrested Development would be top of the list for me - it’s so clever and there are so many things you only notice after a few viewings.

I’ve also watched the US Office, 30 Rock, Parks & Rec, Frasier and Party Down so many times.

Dramas I think are more of a challenge to rewatch but have watched The Shield, Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul and Fargo more than once.
