What do I need from B&M?

DumplingsAndStew · 29/11/2020 20:33

Going to a big B&M this week with a friend. We don't have one and I've not been to one in over a year.

What are your must-haves? Christmas, non-Christmas, and everything in between...

Thanks.

This isn't a question. B&M tells YOU what you need 😂

Bupkiss · 29/11/2020 21:36

Nothing.

You don't NEED anything from B&M. You will however spend £££ on random crap.

HiyaMeAgain · 29/11/2020 21:37

The Fabulosa cleaning spray, Cant clean the house without.

One does not ask what to buy from. B&m

One waits for b&m to tell you what you need....

Yep, all of that plus the place is feral so you'll probs catch covid.

Sideorderofchips · 29/11/2020 21:53

I will admit I do get excited when I visit the mainland and get to go to b&m and primark

Porgy · 29/11/2020 21:56

If you anything like me, you will buy a box of every flavour of skinny whip/crunch bars, some knock off Fibre One bars that are 50p cheaper and have Mo Farah on the box, a million bags of space raiders for 99p
and Mayflower sweet and sour sauce.

BluTangClan · 29/11/2020 22:00

Littlepond · 29/11/2020 22:15

Rubber broom, travel mug, several mason jars and a phone cover with pineapples on it.

A pringles advent calender

Ihatesandwiches · 29/11/2020 22:18

@cyclingmad - are you human!!??
I went for batteries... Came out with batteries, lamp, bulbs for lamp, cat food on offer, shower gel, hair clips, an inflatable reindeer, tea lights, and a new mat for the bathroom. We don't go often but when we do it's like I leave my sense at the door!

Toddlerteaplease · 29/11/2020 22:25

It is so true that B&M decides what you need! I popped in yesterday for one thing and it told me several other things I needed as well.

Toddlerteaplease · 29/11/2020 22:27

Does anyone know if the Horlicks capsules fit in a Nesspresso machine? It's not clear on the packet?

Woods52 · 29/11/2020 22:29

Batteries. Dettox Pomegrate Antibac Spray. Microfibre cloths. Dulux Pure White Matt Emulsion. Massive bags of dog treats. Massive bottle of Tigi Bedhead shampoo (£6!). Simple micellar cleanser (so cheap in here). Heinz Sandwich Spread (weird DM craving). Really good gardening gloves. Bird food. Matchmakers.

How on earth is that classed as essential Shock.
I prefer home bargains myself but only set foot in there once since march and scooted straight out. Cramped isles and no social distancing.
