Can I start one of these? Useful for getting ideas :-)

14m old DD had

B - one weetabix with cows milk
S - 2 ritz crackers
L - picked at hummus sandwich, piece of cheese, cucumber and kiwi followed by a fruity bar
S - malt loaf
D - chilli con carne and rice followed by a coconut milk pudding thing

Other than only picking at her lunch this is a pretty good day for her.

18 month old.

B - toast with peanut butter. Then my marmite toast. Banana. Melon
L - sausage roll, chips and tomatoes. A satsuma.
D - cod, potatoes and green beans (mostly rejected). Offered leftover pesto pasta instead and it was inhaled. Followed by more melon.

Still breastfeeding on demand. So milk as he wanted.

Hello,

I'm finding this thread very useful. Do you have any tips for a fussy 12 month old? A typical day is:

B - shreddies, cheerios, apple, pear, banana & kiwi
L - Alternate between boiled egg (won't touch any other kind), pancake, cheesy pasta, broccoli (occasionally) or bagel. Ella's kitchen pouch to get some veg in her.
D - One of the things that wasn't for lunch. :)

Snacks are cheese, fruit (grapes, raspberries & blueberries are favourites) or Kiddilicious vege straws.

She still eats with her hands and so I have to give her chunky things but I'm worried about the lack of variety. She is very fixed on only eating from the above list and generally rejects new things atm. Does it get easier? :(

xx

Nearly 2 year old

B - small amount of overnight oats with greek yog and blueberries

Snack - apple pieces and half a banana

L - 2 fish fingers, half an avocado, 1 egg scrambled, more apple, and a breadstick

S - refused

D - creamy butter chicken curry with red pepper and mushroom with rice and a few bites of pitta. More blueberries for after.

She's teething and getting fussier but today not so bad considering a refused nap and generally grumpiness.
