Can I start one of these? Useful for getting ideas :-)

14m old DD had

B - one weetabix with cows milk
S - 2 ritz crackers
L - picked at hummus sandwich, piece of cheese, cucumber and kiwi followed by a fruity bar
S - malt loaf
D - chilli con carne and rice followed by a coconut milk pudding thing

Other than only picking at her lunch this is a pretty good day for her.

My 2 year old today (she has CMPA just for context)

Breakfast: cheerios and blueberries with oat milk
Snack: large banana
Lunch: half a ham sandwich (other half got thrown to the dog)
Snack: a teaspoon of houmous (the carrot and breadsticks I gave were lobbed on the floor)
Dinner: Chicken and broccoli (sweet potato fries were chewed up and spat back out again )
Half a cup of warm oat milk before bed

Today was a good day by her standards, many days there would be a lot more beige food!

Breakfast -brown toast with beans, drink of cold milk. Eat the toast, didn’t really bother with the beans. Then asked for strawberries!
Dinner cold chicken (leftover from yesterday), cucumber, olives, breadsticks, houmous. Ate all apart from the breadsticks.
Tea- Chilli con carne with rice, yoghurt for pud. Are about half a portion.

Snacks -Babybel cheese, apple slices, mini flapjack

Yes, dinner and tea! We’re northern! Grin

Bowl of porridge and sliced apple
Blueberries and cheese cubes
Big bowl of leftover spaghetti for lunch
Packet of Magic Stars (my dad brings her these every Saturday)
An orange and some peas
Bottle of oat milk
Plain chips from the chippy (a treat every six weeks or so) sliced bread and butter.

I'd say she's a fairly normal eater. I'm a bit fussy over her diet but not as "organic unicorn poop only" as I was with my eldest. She doesn't get junky food like biscuits, sweets etc every day but probably would once a week or so, depending on what we're doing. She eats most things but will randomly turn her nose up at things before deciding she likes them again. She will be 2.5 in January.

Love this thread as DD is just coming out of a fussy phase but now insists on spoon feeding herself so trying to think of meals that don't cause so much mess with her insistence on using the spoon upside down... Grin she's 14m.

Today she had:
Small cup of milk. Toast with scrambled egg, but egg mostly went to the dog

Tangerine

Tuna, courgette and cheese muffin (nibbled until she clocked the tuna then chucked), cheese, cucumber, tomatoes and yoghurt

2 x Tuc biscuits and hummus + banana

Cinnamon dahl w/ carrot, sweet potato and peas and another yoghurt

Nearly 3 year old.

9am - Cheerios no milk, refused anything else.
1pm - refused to entertain the idea of any meal ideas and insisted on Nutella on toast. Ate one small square of said toast.
4pm - came back from a walk said they were hungry. A handful of more dry Cheerios, half a satsuma and a few crisps.
6pm - a quarter of a tin of Heinz spaghetti and sausages (3 sausages).
2 Bourbon biscuits.

I’d love to know where my child who ate almost everything has gone. Some days I’m just glad she’s tried a biscuit Sad
