He eats soooo much but he went to bed at 6.30 and he will sleep through till around 8/8.30 and he's constantly on the go all day crawling and climbing so I guess he needs all the energy he can get!

We had a better day today :)
20 month old

B- 2 weetabix with milk
Snack (while out)- half a small pack of mini cheddars
L- toast with dairylea spread, Apple and scrambled egg (ate most of this)
Drink of milk before nap
Another drink of milk after nap (I dilute these but definitely going to try and avoid the day time milk from now on...)
D- spaghetti bolagnaise left over from last night (ate 2 small bowls), some fries
Bedtime milk

I like the tip of looking at it over a week, instead of a day

@spidermomma sleeping through 6:30-8/8:30? What a dream! Long may it last Grin

DD 14m

B - bowl of Cheerios and a few bites of banana
S - several Ella’s melty sticks (I lost count - I think half the pack)
L - leftover homemade tuna and veg pizza, a few spoons of my Rachel’s yoghurt and some raisins. Satsuma was refused.
S - a bite of malt loaf, the rest of the pack of melty sticks and a ritz cracker (she is obsessed with these)
D - chicken tikka masala with boiled rice, mini poppadoms followed by a few bites of banana. She refused to try a mince pie which is strange as I’ve never known her to refuse to even try something!

My goodness..... I read all of your wonderful menus and weep

I'm lucky if I can convince my now 3 year old to eat a "bad day" dinner! My pet hate, since long before I became a mum, is fussy eating and playing with food... I'm now the mother of the queen of bad table manners lol.

I salute you all 😂

spidermomma · 16/11/2020 21:30

@VanceRefrigeration oh he is my dream baby he is!! I do a dream feed of cows milk around 10 o'clock when I go to Bed. This morning I even had to wake him at 9.30 when I got back from the school run (he wasn't alone dh was at home to lol) think him eating so much in the day and been soo active let's him have that super big sleep to recharge. Hope it lasts!!
I don't blame her refusing a mince pie , iv never tried one and don't think I ever will but left over pizza mmm sounds lovely, could do with that now watching the jungle! Haha x

mynameiscalypso · 16/11/2020 21:30

I need to add half a garlic naan to DS' daily intake...

namechange7438 · 16/11/2020 21:34

Forgot to add the menu!!

B: 2 pieces of toast (crusts left. Like water torture eating it. Apparently she "needs help" because she can't feed herself toast

Lunchbox (so snacks + lunch): ham and cheese sandwich (1/4 eaten), apple (untouched), smoothie, yoghurt and blackberry snack thing, cheese stick

D: 4 x fish flippers, "minion sketty", 1 slice of garlic bread (won't nap at nursery, all I can do to keep her awake for tea)

mynameiscalypso · 17/11/2020 17:25

A mixed day today.

B: Cereal, full fat milk and a banana. Followed by half a piece of toast with peanut butter.
Snack: Mini banana muffin from the freezer
Lunch: Ella's Kitchen cod, broccoli and sweet corn fish cakes (totally ignored), roasted sweet potato (all eaten)
Snack: Breadsticks
Dinner: Pasta with chicken and butternut squash with pesto. Yoghurt. Pretty much all eaten.

Big light on the fruit and vegetables today. Must try harder tomorrow.

A snack of some kind as well, although she won't tell me what, usually raisins, brioche, or mini cheddars
