What's on your coffee table right now?

We have 4 remote controls, hand cream, kindle, post it notes, a nearly burned down candle, a cup of tea, a plate of biscuit crumbs, a tub of halloween sweets, dust and dh's feet

It's always a mess, thus I can't be arsed to dust it!

Tell me what's on yours, or show me. I'd love to see some coffee tables with beautiful and interesting things on them

No coffee table here but side table.

Absolutely nothing, my 1 year DGS has cleared it by flinging each item onto the floor, his current favourite game On the floor we have two remotes, four coasters, a broken wireless charger I keep dusting and putting back on the table because it's DGS's favourite thing to fling so I don't like to throw it away, and the house phone

A mug , 7 remotes , a pen, a pile of Screwfix/Electrifix catalogues , my watch and a lip gloss.

A plant, a teapot and cup, a tv remote and a pile of paperwork.

3 remote controls .4 drinks coasters,a lamp and a tub of quality street half finished!

Candle, coasters, 2 remotes, a copy of 1984 which I need to read and DD's school planner.

I have an oriental inlay coffee table so it looks odd if there’s anything on it. It’s only used to put my cup of tea (or wine glass!) on in the evening. Otherwise it’s clear. Remotes are next to me on the sofa when being used, or put back on the tv unit when not.

@MrsBartlet I adore it. When Tom became overwhelmed and had to go for a walk. Aah. We love Angel Mae too and we always refer to the Angel Gave You. I like all of them!

@Tonightstheteriyakichicken is the Osman book good. I'm eyeing it up for my Dad but have read mixed reviews.

We don't have coffee tables. Large dogs crawl under them, forget they are there, and try to stand up. It does not end well.

The person who gave me the book said it's cosy but with a lot of dry wit. I'd agree with that.
Makes a change to feature retirees as main characters.

Usually pretty tidy (the only room that ever is!) but not right now. I don’t care though as I’m cuddled up with DS and DD under blankets watching GBBO and it’s heaven 😍
