Does anyone else drink it? Last 3 nights I've replaced my bed time cuppa with a mug of ovaltine and I must admit.. Its delicious.

Can you still buy it? We always had Ovaltine as a bedtime drink as kids.

I'm going to buy some next time I go shopping.

And horlicks

When I was a dc I ate it from the tin. All big granules back then that melted in your mouth. ... Now it's powder and not a treat at all!!

I love Ovaltine and Horlicks.

I bought a tub of it last year thinking it was horlicks. The children are now addicted and I still haven't got the horlicks.

You can buy ovaltine chocolate bars here in France (it's called Ovomaltine here). They are yummy, you get the effect on the roof of your mouth when you eat them.

I get the individual sachets from Waitrose but they have the full jars too.

I remember my Mum having Bournevita? when i was small. Is that a similar thing?

Is Bournveita a dark chocolate drink?

I remember Bournevita it was nicer than Ovaltine. I used to love these sort of malted drinks but I find them a bit sickly now.

If you add Ovaltine to ice cream you get a malted milkshake

You used to be able to buy ovaltine chocolate. You can still buy it in Germany. It’s very lovely.

I'm partial to a horlicks as well actually. Love the malt flavour.
