Crusty bread. Or mash. Maybe dumplings.

Crusty bread and dumplings normally. Or on top of mash

Mash and peas

Baguette with thick butter, yum

Or Roasties and Yorkshire puddings

Or Dumplings

Mash and yorkies

Dumplings. No praline or ketchup though

Jacket potatoes and green veg

Jacket or New potatoes, or possibly pasta. The veg is usually in the casserole

I would put potatoes in the casserole.. so nothing.

Mash or roasties and broccoli or carrots.

I'd say it's a dish on its own unless it doesn't have veg, in which case I'd steam veg.

Put over mash..mine already has dumplings in it.

Cheesy mash and greens usually (mine is a chicken in red wine casserole)
