Does he still love his kids?

I remember laughing so much at the Pete threads on here post childbirth that I thought I would damage my stitches. They probably wouldn't be allowed now because they were a bit mean about him. But it's been a long day for us in isolation while my husband has Covid and I'm desperate to laugh about something a bit silly. I'm desperate to laugh about anything, really.

Sorry if you're reading this Peter, I'm sure you're a lovely man.

Pineapple you say ? Are you sure about this? Isn't that a federal offence? I think the pizza is guilty of crimes against innocent fruit, oh and by the way.. he really really really loves his kids.

He was dreadfully bad on 60 minute makeover wasn't he :) But I liked it

He has to stay in the spotlight to remain relevant, and as far as I know he has not had any TV work for ages. It's all a big double standard touting your arse with one hand and remaining private with another. The children will be fine though, they have all had lots of training in becoming relevant themselves haven't they ?

Katie price exposes all of her children to the public. Their fathers cannot control that. It seems unfair to then blame the fathers for protecting the privacy of their other children, simply because KP chooses to use her DC for publicity

Yes but he could choose not to expose them publicly when they are in his care. He doesn't need to make a YouTube channel about them etc. Though I guess they've been groomed for social media careers since they were tots and they are both teenagers now so the damage is well and truly done

Since their divorce, Katie and Peter seem to have gone in different directions. He has lost the shell suit look and gone a bit middle class (possibly due to Emily's influence) and Katie has gone full-on hyper-manic. If you look at videos of her years ago, she was more "normal."
I don't think you need to be Miss Marple to work out why.

I think the 'he loves his kids' "joke" has had its time now. It was vaguely amusing for the first few posts on the original thread, but we get it. Move on.

I think Dr Emily seems lovely. Good for her not wanting her kids in the middle of the paparazzi circus.

In the 1990s I was at the Rock FM Party in the Park in Preston. Peter Andre was meant to be performing but (and I quote) ‘he ate too many bananas and suffered a potassium overdose.’ It was very disappointing!

This made my morning Grin

He was deeply unpleasant at times on his tv show with Katie Price, I remember one occasion in a shop in America and he was being a classic gaslighting abusive arsehole. Maybe they bought out the worst in each other and it was an off day but I've never been convinced by him

I like Peter Andre too. He's embraced all the things people laugh at I like that. I like his wife too, she's the boss.

Parkandride, that episode was discussed on here at the time. Yes, that was a low spot (in a shop in LA?) but if I recall correctly, she had been jabbing and jabbing at him, ridiculing his achievements (which was a recurring theme in their shows) and I think he snapped. They split up not long afterwards.
You don't have to see much of the footage with Emily to see how much happier and contented he is and how much more of a healthy relationship they appear to have (as much as you can ever tell). I think Junior and Princess benefit from that, along with the warm and inclusive nature of Pete's wider family, where children are highly valued. Katie didn't appear to feel comfortable in that environment and Peter did once say on their show that it was a source of sadness for him that Katie wasn't closer to them.
Junior and Princess seem to show real love and affection to their younger siblings (from both sides) which I'm going to suggest is from Pete's family's influence. In my opinion, when at Katie's, they're mainly used as props to promote her image.

Ah, so the “he’s abusive” line has been trotted out, now we just need someone to state that Katie Price is mentally ill and we can call bingo.

Iirc KP prevented PA from having any more to do with Harvey.

She on the other hand had no issue with taking him on to Loose Women and talking to him to the point he called some people on the internet cunts. Shock. He never needed to know that people on the internet were being nasty about him, so what kind of mother would tell her child that?

I've never viewed him as abusive. I think he was bowled over by her initially, and thought that underneath the Jordan persona was a home-loving Mother Earth sort. As time went on, the scales dropped from his eyes and he was horrified by what he saw and became very fed up with the constant drama and noise surrounding her and her egocentric self-absorption.
Then whatever happened to make him finally leave, happened. He was clearly broken by it at the time, but hasn't looked back since. She, on the other hand, has lurched from one crisis to another and is in a very bad place, I think (as evidenced, in my opinion, by the constant declarations of how happy she is).

What I don't understand is how is Katie Price living the millionaire lifestyle after being declared bankrupt? I don't expect her to be living destitute but she has had numerous holidays, renting an expensive high end flat whilst her house is being refurbished. How is she affording this if she is bankrupt??

I know some of the hols etc are freebies in exchange for promoting and advertising companies / products and she has done media jobs like Hello mag, but still doesn't explain the high end lifestyle? Shouldn't she be using that money to pay her debts ?

The trip to Maldives 🇲🇻 she is on at the moment, her and boyfriend rented out a private island for a day or 2, how is it possible ?! Katie is advertising the Maldives resort they staying at but they are other expenses ? She is one lucky women but it is unfair to the people she owes money too.

Someone explain how bankruptcy works when your rich n famous ?!

Well she'l be not bothering to pay debts whilst using money that comes in straight away I would imagine. She still has potential earning power far higher than most of us.

Bankruptcy doesnt really mean much in that world.

I feel so sorry for KP’s kids. She’s a dreadful mum.

Her mum looked after Harvey while she was able and Katie used him for publicity.
KP can’t even keep her dogs alive. She thought it was funny for her young kids to shit in the garden.
She doesn’t see them for weeks when she’s off on some drugs binge, chasing some bloke.

But some people on here think that PA is the one deserving abuse. For being nice and normal. Having a nice wife and saying publicity that he loves his kids

She let her kids do WHAT?? Says who???
