What are you doing this fine Sunday?

It's freezing here (Scotland) and windy,so we are not doing very much here today!currently lying in my bed watching DD play roblox!

I'm currently recovering from surgery so supervising and instructing ds how to dye my dds hair (yellow this time), he is doing a cracking job.

Lying in the bath MNing.
DS is on his iPad.
DH is making Banoffee pie.
We have cleared out our loft and I did a couple of cupboards as well. DS did his maths tutor homework. We all deserve to laze around but DH is incapable of sitting still!

I'm binge watching The Forsyte Saga and thinking about doing some laundry. Only thinking mind, not much action.

In my study watching Netflix, doing the weekly shop online and eating ice cubes (I am 5 months pregnant and ice cubes have become a new addiction), we have DSS over this week so 3 DC are playing some form of video game with their father downstairs and my youngest DD is on the floor in my study listening to an audio book and chuckling to herself. I have no intentions of doing anything constructive until 5pm.

Lying in bed getting more and more angry that I can't sleep, after working a 13.5 hour shift last night with the clocks going back, and back on tonight too

Relaxing after a hectic morning. Been up since 6am for no reason than I couldn’t sleep. Deep cleaned both freezers, cooked lunch and put laundry out before I left at 10.15am to queue for ikea. Got home around 12.00pm. Glad I went early because the queues were horrendous as we left.

Need to make start on dinner but it’s an easy one so taking advantage of nothing else to do.

Sitting on the settee sharing a blanket with dh whilst dicking about on my phone nursing a cold cup of tea. I'm going to top it up in a minute and to my sister's in an hour.

It's chilly but I'm cosy in my vw camper with a cup of tea watching the last motorbike race meet of the season

There are 1000000001 things I should be doing instead but I can't really be bothered.

Sitting in the sodding walk in centre, waiting for an x-ray for DD2 after falling off her skateboard 🙄🙄🙄 I just want to be chilling on the sofa whilst DH cooks dinner. With a glass of wine obvs 🍷 Or even cooking the dinner. Anywhere but here x

I am currently not tidying up. DC have 5 more minutes on Minecraft before I have to battle to make them stop playing and help me. DH decided that before DC2's birthday tomorrow the whole house has to be tidy. The whole house hasn't been tidy since probably Christmas...
DH has gone to the shops to buy birthday balloons and stuff like that. Then I have to cook the dinner, dinner time, wash DC's hairs, bed time, wrap up DC2's gifts, more tidying, getting through another day.

Went for a walk in the park this morning because we've been up since crack of dawn. The sun decided to come out and the trees are particularly spectacular at this time of year. I want to go and bake a flapjack and prepare dinner but I'm naptrapped by the cat.

Batch cooking an immense pan of curry, doing 2 loads of laundry, preparing some things to list on Ebay and feeling immensely jealous of @BikerWife

I'm Lying on the sofa with a hot blackcurrant drink , Mumsnetting and watching a house diy program while dd3 does homework, dh in his study now and has done stuff in the garden with me all morning and we had an m&s curry for lunch !
Going to FaceTime other 2 dd's shortly for a family catch up

Done some washing and rearranged some more on the airier. Cleaned bathrooms and DH did the hard floors downstairs. I’ll do the carpet in a bit. Had a brief chat with one of my oldest friends on the phone and we’ve been out for a shortish and chilly walk.

Laying in bed watching the giro d'italia. Only way to get peace and not be disturbed.

I’m watching a Christmas film on channel 5.
Two kids are in the bath because they went on the wet trampoline and got absolutely soaked.
I think we are having dominos for tea.

I’m planning a bath and early night tonight. I can’t stop yawning.

Also in Scotland. It’s cold & blowing a hooly!

Children out playing, husband working on loft conversion & i’m listing stuff on eBay to help pay for the loft conversion! 🙄

I've finished cleaning. Still need to mop kitchen floor and change beds but for now I'm cuddling the dog on the sofa and drinking coffee. Sons are sat under blankets watching you tube.

Oh that reminds me to get stuff on e bay with christmas coming and covid weight gain

I cleaned out my food cupboards this morning which has made me feel all domestic. Made tomato soup for lunch, and planning chicken curry for tea.

DD and I have been binge watching Dr Who all afternoon. Think this will be the final episode I can stomach.

I’m on the sofa, I’m going to play some piano in a few minutes.

My son and partner are making things with lego while the puppy terrorises them.

I'm trying out a new recipe for tea. Not looking great at the moment, lol!

Just been swimming in the sea, in bed with the blanket on full trying to warm up! When DH gets in from his walk we’ll make a roast dinner.
DS1 and 2 both had footy matches today so we’ll all be hungry. Will catch up on Strictly while it’s cooking.

Hoping that when DP gets back with DS that they'll prep all the toppings
