I'm in my bedroom but there's a box of Sensodyne toothpaste, as yet unopened, sitting looking at me. It's on its way to the bathroom - has been for a couple of weeks... It'll make it there at some point I'm sure!

But I'm babysitting GS and DD was in a rush to get out for her Birthday meal with friends

it would be quicker to list what is in place.

Living room.... huge three sided piece of heavy metal that makes our open fire smaller🤔
Husband has decided that he wants the fire dog full width now so the very heavy item was lifted out but only made it about 3 ft across the room.
Too heavy for me so it will be there until it is decided that the fire uses too many logs when full size and it has to go back🤐

I'm in the dining room. My big straw sunhat is on the table. At the end of October.

Bedroom - suitcase with summer clothes swim diving stuff. It is sitting i. The middle of the floor. In moment of enthusiasm for clearing stuff I sorted through it chucked and recycled some stuff but didn’t get around to putting it away.
Actually it’s kind of nice sitting there as though I’m packing for some exotic escape.

Living room: my husbands work boots. I'm trying to wait him out on moving them without telling him to do so. I think I'm going to lose this silent battle.

If I craned my neck Exorcist style, I would see a clothes horse with my bras drying on it. We have the fire lit, so this is the best room to have them in. However, out of sight, out of mind!

A small, metal, pig-shaped piggy bank on the side table next to my glass of wine. DD has emptied it of silver coins to pay for a few Robux.

Bottle of calpol on the fireplace, has been there maybe a month? I don’t know why but I just won’t move it 😂

Glittery branches and a seal from last Christmas. Apparently its bad luck if decorations are still up after 6th January so then you have to leave them up all year.

Sitting room, a teetering tower of a dozen cushions from the garden sofa that are as high as the door, waiting to go in the loft. And a can of WD40 on the mantle shelf.

Just looking in front of me at the table there’s a mask, headphones, an alarm clock, clean saucepan, stack of DVDs, empty bread bag, blank greetings card, cardboard packaging, pen, receipt, candle lid, phone bill! Then on the floor there’s a load of DIY and garden junk, we’re meant to be getting a new shed... off to tell DP to stop putting crap everywhere!

Just noticed there are two bars of soap on the table too

In the lounge. There are a pair of school socks on the coffee table since yesterday.

Obviously they are there because I haven't moved them.

Kitchen. Running shoes under the table. There were there yesterday, annoying me, so I put them away. The I went for a run this evening and left them there again!

Lounge, my husband he should be making me a cup of tea!

DD's knickers on the kitchen floor (she's 5...). They only got deposited there this evening when she got her PJs on I hasten to add!
