I break into your house and steal something from the top of your fridge - what do I take away with me?

If you broken into mine, you'd get a red plastic box filled with napkins, a jug and a pot with pens in!

My beautiful wicker F&M hamper. I would hunt you down and get it back

LunaHardy · 22/10/2020 12:47

A crate of Stella

Goldistheanswer · 22/10/2020 12:50

Costco foil in a huuuge box and teabags

Goldistheanswer · 22/10/2020 12:50

PrincessMaryaBolkonskaya · 22/10/2020 12:52

Oh and dust. You can have that

LaBellina · 22/10/2020 12:53

A bunch of old cards that I removed from the fridge because we got new ones but had no yet put away. Some newspaper articles that I cut from the paper to read at a later moment.

Zaphodsotherhead · 22/10/2020 12:55

Either a large model T Rex or my rotating light up Tardis.

Yeah, it's a bit of an odd house.

Might also be weeks before I missed either, my fridge is quite tall, so knock yourself out.

ThatDamnScientist · 22/10/2020 13:07

My about 5 bags of non-perishable shopping which I could have put away now (quarantining it ) but couldn't be arsed so will likely do it just before the next lot arrives.

TJ17 · 22/10/2020 13:17

My dead childhood dog 🤦🏼‍♀️😂 had his ashes in an urn then never decided what to do with them so he's still sat upon the fridge 7 years later 🤷🏼‍♀️😅

Juanbablo · 22/10/2020 13:21

The cat. He sleeps up there.

Amrythings · 22/10/2020 13:22

The iron, random bits of paper and nursery art and the bubble whale and the giant bottle of bubbles, and good luck to you if you try to make off with those, you'll have to do it with a furious 16month old literally biting your ankles.

Kid fights dirty.

BaldAndWild · 22/10/2020 14:37

If you moved stealthily and made friendly noises, you could probably steal Climbing Cat.

Items less likely to move include cooking pots, kitchen roll and a selection of egg boxes.

guffaux · 22/10/2020 15:35

my kitchen worktop-the fridge is integrated (worst decision ever!)

Sideorderofchips · 22/10/2020 17:11

Cat carrier lol

thegcatsmother · 22/10/2020 20:01

Cornflakes, kitchen towel and tubs of Pip'n'Nut crunchy peanut butter.

maggienolia · 22/10/2020 20:31

Depends which fridge.
The kitchen fridge you would have a multipack of ready salted crisps.
Outside fridge it would be a sandwich box containing bird food and an old tea towel.

NoWordForFluffy · 22/10/2020 20:32

Loo roll. Or something from the art box. Or the carbon monoxide detector.

AndNoneForGretchenWieners · 22/10/2020 20:34

A tub of Vanish powder, three cigarette lighters that don't work (but belonged to my late DH so I can't bin them), a tub of magnetic letters and a cheese grater. Mazel tov.

NW2SW · 22/10/2020 20:35

The cat Grin

OldLeatherSuitcase · 22/10/2020 20:36

You must all be very tall.

At 5 foot 2 I can't reach the top of my fridge.

nevernotstruggling · 22/10/2020 20:37

A barbie make up set I hid from dd2

Thatusernamewastaken · 22/10/2020 20:39

All the weapons of mass destruction (plastic golf clubs, set of elastic bands) I confiscate from the youngest in an attempt to end his reign of terror.

MillieVanilla · 22/10/2020 20:41

Ooh you'd do well in mine- A Numark Mixer, a very stupidly expensive (and doubly stupidly heavy) professional amp and my spare traktor controller.
It's about £1500 worth secondhand so you'd be doing well if you sold it on
My DCs mates don't refer to my kitchen as "the disco kitchen" for nothing Grin
