Anything that you feel would help make her 40s, 50s and future in general a little better.

I am 36 now and have been feeling like time is passing very fast. When i was in my 20s i received some advice that made a big diference in my life. Some i wish i had taken more seriously!

I posted this and have returned to it only today! Never expected to get so many replies and advice. I thank you all!

Some people mentioned that giving advice without knowing how my life is was hard bu they gave very good tips anyway.

I am engaged to be married in march. I'm lesbian and i want kids but don't have any yet. The advice about having kids now or freezing my eggs really hit home! Financially i have my pension sorted my fiancee doesn't so i guess we need to tackle that. I own my house and don't have a mortgage to oay thanks to my dad who helped me a lot a few years ago when he had cancer and thought he was going to die (he is well now). I do have chronic pain and a few health issues that i'm adressing. Have lost a lot of weight through bypass weight loss surgery.
