I got married yesterday

I know none of you may really care. But I got married. Followed gov guidelines, wore the mask, had the small guest list and did it. I'm very happy SmileGrin

Thank you all. The mask thing was fine. Thankfully the bride and groom (and any children) didnt have to wear a mask for the ceremony and then because we were in a covid safe location bubble, once in our area for food and drinks, no one didn't a mask. The toilets and bar were part of our area. I guess it's different rules for different places though. But it went so well.

A colleague got married a month ago when she was allowed to have 30 guests. I think they liked the smallness and intimacy of it.

DD2 got married a couple of months ago with similar restrictions. They had been planning a small ceremony anyway so have found themselves bang on trend.

Congratulations! Glad it went well. When I got married a few years ago now, we had about 36 people at our wedding. I couldn't have coped with a big wedding anyway, plus I don't have that many friends!
