I'm pregnant and just burst into sobs because DS found an old toy he used to love in a draw and it made me think of toy story 2 when Jessie gets abandoned
I think I scared DS and DH was like Hmm
I Still keep tearing up thinking of poor Jessie

In my first trimester I cried because my husband had a pot of tuna pasta in the fridge that made me feel sick. Made him throw it away

bcccc · 03/10/2020 20:08

I cried when I saw an old pic of me and DP knowing it will never be just us again. Of course I love my baby but you do get emotional sometimes😂

GlennRheeismyfavourite · 03/10/2020 20:11

Just cried at frozen 2 - where she recreates her parents out of ice on the ship they died on. My three year old ran and got me a tissue!

I once properly sobbed at a Tinkerbell movie I was watching with my daughter

1990shopefulftm · 03/10/2020 20:21

I cried when my area went into local lockdown, then when they changed the hospital restrictions and I stupidly got on the scales and weighed myself so I m not doing that again until he's born now.

Symphony87 · 03/10/2020 20:54

I seem to have a crying spell daily. When my partner asks why I’m crying the answer is always ‘I don’t know!’

But I did cry recently because I didn’t like touching raw chicken. And another time when he said no to going to kfc Blush

Idroppedthescrewinthetuna · 03/10/2020 20:57

I snapped at my supervisor. I then burst into tears cos I felt sorry for her.

iamtheoneandonlyyy · 03/10/2020 21:00

Die hard 4

TastelessBracelets · 03/10/2020 21:02

The film Up, in a packed cinema.

In the middle of Sainsbury's when they only had blackberry jam when I needed bramble jelly.

ScrumptiousBears · 03/10/2020 21:03

I mostly cried at adverts. Both times I was pregnancy over Christmas so the Christmas adverts were a killer. I remember the snowman one had me sobbing and my DP is stitches. 🤣

Babyshine2020 · 03/10/2020 21:04

I went to Nando's and didn't know it was a reduced menu Blush

ShalomToYouJackie · 03/10/2020 21:05

I'm 9+3 and so far, today, have cried when trying to build some furniture, cried because I didn't want the nice dinner I'd bought, cried because I wanted prawn cocktail crisps and didn't have any, and I'm now crying because I've eaten 4 bags of prawn cocktail crisps after sending DP to the shop.

Feeling miserable today!

Cheeseoncheese · 03/10/2020 21:07

The BBC weather forecast, that Italian guy who was singing from his balcony in lockdown, some carrot sticks and houmous because it tasted so good, the fact that DP ate all the chocolate, the fact he went out and bought me more, the starbucks advert. These are just the reasons I can remember/put my finger on 😂

orangejuicer · 03/10/2020 21:07

I was prepping avocado and dropped the stone. I couldn't reach it due to my hugeness, and that was it. Avocado. Plus a billion other things on a daily basis.

PatriciaBateman · 03/10/2020 21:08

An advert for some kind of Discovery show about a frozen baby woolly mammoth they found.

Kept imagining the poor thing without or unable to be saved by Mummy Mammoth. Sad Cried buckets!

It was the tears at the Andrex puppy commercial later that made me twig it was the hormones!

I have recently done this because my partner bought salad and smelly cheese. 😂
Lazysundayafternoons · 03/10/2020 21:10

We were watching the US office -the one where Michael left. I cried for a week after that Blush

Parkandride · 03/10/2020 21:10

I love these!

Sobbed and sobbed the other day when I thought about the fact our rescue dogs old owners had given him up. I was in the middle of walking him looking like an absolute loon

DramaAlpaca · 03/10/2020 21:10

We were staying with my PILs on holiday, and I cried because I didn't want to go home. It could only have been hormones Grin

SuddenArborealStop · 03/10/2020 21:10

Everything, everything, I had to stop working

Bandol · 03/10/2020 21:11

  • watching One Born Every Minute in a hotel room, away on a business trip pregnant with DC1. Sobbed through most of the programme over my room service pasta supper.
  • on a plane, pregnant with DC2, on a business trip on the way home, and I asked for the tomato and mozzarella starter and there was none left and the only alternative was Parma Ham which I'd been told to not eat. The crew made sure I got my first choice of main course Smile.
  • on another plane for another business trip, still pregnant with DC2. A baby started crying and I was suddenly very upset at leaving DC1 at home to go on a business trip (I was going on lots of business trips so being away was nothing unusual for me).

There was kind of a theme to my pregnancy crying 😂

PivotPivott · 03/10/2020 21:13

With DS I had a 4D scan and he was sucking on his arm and it was so cute but I instantly burst into tears and got really emotional over the fact he was in there by himself sucking on his arm almost like comforting/soothing himself. I just kept thinking what if he was sad I couldn't just reach in and give him a cuddle. Still makes me teary now! Smile

MyNameForToday1980 · 03/10/2020 21:14

I cried because I smelled the cinnamon on someone else's coffee and it reminded me just how much I love Christmas.

It was June.
They were a good 5m away.
I had the nose of a bloodhound.

poorbuthappy · 03/10/2020 21:15
