I don't know any Denises... I'm sure they're lovely. But the name just rubs me up the wrong way.

NOTE: No Karen bashing please! Because it's been hijacked as a name and it's not fair on Karens.

I heard a young Mum in my village the other day, she was on the village green with her young son, and was telling him that they had to go home soon, then he ran off a bit, so she said come on now darling Bracken,we have to go and meet your daddy pops.

I think calling out children's names that you'd associate with 'bully dad's and weak mums' is a bit harsh........?
