What’s for dinner?

I’m currently cooking a meat and potato pie. I love cooking autumnal food, I find it much easier cooking in autumn/winter than summer!

What’s for dinner at yours?

Kale, sausage, onion and fennel seed skillet with garlic bread. Poached pears with cream to follow. Lovely and autumnal feeling tonight!

Spiced roast chicken, peas,carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, spicy roast potatoes with onion gravy.

Lamb chops with ratatouille here. We had chops from the butchers which are so much better than the supermarket and the whole meal was delicious.

Vegetable rice with harissa salmon.
I fancy pudding now though, always do on dark evenings.

Pork in cider and tarragon, rice, carrots.

Chicken roast.
