I went to school with someone called Crumplehome.

I’ve met a De’Ath, a Grocock, a Pong, a Willey, a Horsfall, a Bott, a Badman, a Beavers and a Thrush in my time. Must confess I quite like the idea of Badman.

Apparently it's a not all that unusual surname in Austria. But pretty uncommon here in Germany and in the English-speaking world. Prounounced Gord.

The joke was that I was interviewing this person for a uni place, so I managed to interview God that day - and she was a woman .
