Not me but someone i know knew a guy who's last name was reaper he changed his first name to grim! I had a teacher in school who was mrs loveall she was a dote :)

The Batman was a Dr and I had to call him for a work related thing and I called and got as far as "hello is that Dr Batman" and got overcome with the giggles, tried to pass if off as a coughing fit and said I would call back later.

Not my finest hour but it was my first job

I knew someone called Kerr-Smith. Not unusual really but his parents named him Wayne.
So it ended up Wayne Kerr-Smith. Quite funny when announced over the PA system
