Hi 👋 Thought in these crazy times would be nice to speak to others also looking for work for a bit of support!
Finding it really tough at the moment with hundreds of applicants applying for the same roles as me. Starting to get pretty deflated really!
Anyone else currently looking? How are you finding it?

Can I resurrect this thread. Currently trying to find a new job and finding it completely demoralising! My tally so far is:
Applications: 6 applications
Rejections (without interview): 6
Ugh. Any top tips anyone???

Lost count of applications
Had about 18 interviews
One offer for a 4 month contract at a more junior level to previous roles
Don't want to take it but as I'm unemployed I think I'll have to and keep looking for something longer term.
It's brutal out there at the minute

My top tip is to keep going no matter what! It's purely a matter of time but that could be a long time unfortunately.
