Please recommend me the most comfortable shoes? I'm struggling being back at work and my feet HURT.
Casual is fine, I own Skechers go walks but even they aren't helping. Thanks

Crocs but with my slippers inside...

They were my lockdown footwear.

BinkyBoinky · 21/08/2020 21:05

Fitflops

BIRDSbirds · 21/08/2020 21:07

Nike airs by a long way.

Clarks unloops. Ugly AF, but it fits in well with the well known law that the comfier the shoe, the uglier it looks- so so so comfy.

These. So ugly but so comfy. Used to wear them on 13 hour shifts.

Eventually the ugliness won out though. I don't have them any more.

Ecco Soft and Birkenstock Arizona.

ChickensMightFly · 21/08/2020 21:12

Josef siebel, lots of style choices too

OhTheRoses · 21/08/2020 21:12

Josef Siebel Betsy Clog
Clarks lace-up
Gabor for smarter shoes and very occasionally Van Dal get it right

rslsys · 21/08/2020 21:12

Crocs Literides or Siebels

MiniMaxi · 21/08/2020 21:13

I live in Nike Air Pegasus - officially running shoes but I wear them most days. No seams to bother your toes and they are quite springy.

Ecco v good quality too I agree

Theforest · 21/08/2020 21:13

Birkenstocks

flibbertmygibbert · 21/08/2020 21:14

I can wear any type of fit flops for hours or walking. Even the fit flop flip flops and I can’t normally wear flip flops at all.

Also, Toms were a surprising one for me. I’m still it sure why they are comfy as everything about them says they should be.

flibbertmygibbert · 21/08/2020 21:14

So many mistake in there...

MikeUniformMike · 21/08/2020 21:16

Hotter is British and to be fair some of the styles are ok.
Ecco is a Danish family owned company and not bad at all.
Gabor shoes are comfortable.

I used to have a pair of Skechers in the 2000s and I wore them until they fell apart.

Oblomov20 · 21/08/2020 21:22

Sketchers. Apparently a lot of nurses wear them. Most comfy thing I've ever worn.

NachoNachoMan · 21/08/2020 21:22

I've got some lovely suede boots with wool linings made by Rieker with are so comfy (and very warm in winter!)
Had a few other pairs of Rieker shoes too and always been lovely and comfy.
Had some kangol trainers about 20 years ago, cheap from tk maxx and the were the most comfortable, best fitting shoes I've ever had.

KingOfDogShite · 21/08/2020 21:22

I could live in my doc marten Newtons. They are lighter than normal DM’s.

Mummadeeze · 21/08/2020 21:25

You might not believe this but all my comfiest, softest shoes have been from Primark. Particularly the flat ballet pumps, they are so soft! They wear out quickly but only cost about £3 or £4 so I usually buy a few pairs at once.

roundandsideways · 21/08/2020 21:25

Ike Air max, my ASIC running shoes and well broken in Docs

Boireannachlaidir · 21/08/2020 21:26

Timberland boots

Redlocks30 · 21/08/2020 21:28

Birkenstocks in the summer and Fly London in the winter!

BadEyeBri · 21/08/2020 21:29

Nike air max 95s. I buy a new pair every year. I spend a lot of time on my feet at work

chipsandpeas · 21/08/2020 21:30

skechers or nike air or adidas cloudfoam trainers
