How much exercise do you do and what is it? I've been trying to up my activity levels to hit the NHS guidelines (in thread title) but I'm still oscillating between nothing and completely overdoing it.

What sorts of activities do you do and how many days per week?

I do a 45 minute HIIT session via zoom, 2 x 30 min PT sessions plus extra 20 mins CV myself each time.
Also do another weight session and possibly a class, maybe spin

@Redshoeblueshoe I think these threads attract the people who are in to their fitness Smile

1049 active minutes last week according to Fitbit.

I try and bike 100 miles a week minimum. 1 or 2 gym classes a day, though a couple of those a week will be yoga.

What I like about my Fitbit is that I can click on each exercise and see whether I was in peak zone, cardio zone or fat burning zone.

I walk a lot, but in terms of exercise that makes you swear I do HIIT, so about 60 minutes over the week, but extremely intense.

Thanks Moranne I don't feel quite so lazy now Grin

I run three times a week - about 90 minutes in total.

Plus a walk every day. Just worked out that's 400 minutes a week.
