I have just had my hair cut short and I love it. So I went and had another hole put in my ears. So I now have two in each ear. Again which I love.
I was a bit worried about this as I am 44. Not sure that’s the sort of thing a 44 year old women should do but I love it. Can’t wait till I can get some new ones to put in.

Just out of interest. How many holes do u have in each ear. I really want to get a third. But do u have a third in both or in just one.

I only have one hole in each but my sister, who is 43, has three in each ear. She often wears three pairs of earrings that are the same design but graded in size. I don't think three holes is unusual so go for it if you want them!

I had 4 each now 3 each. My mother in her 50s has 3 in each ear.

What about getting something like your tragus done instead of adding a third one to your lobe?

Can I ask where you had them done?
I had my original piercings done when I was 11 and it was with a gun in a department store but I have heard some people don’t like this method now.

My best mate, also 35 has multiple ear piercings all the way up her ear from top to bottom.

One in each ear. But I do wear ear crawler and climber earrings. (I’ve been 21 more times than I’ve had hot dinners!)

@IlovecatsyesIdo go to a professional body piercer, they’ll do it with a needle, which is much safer if you’re having a cartilage piercing.

Yes get something more interesting than just more lobe holes

I have 3 in 1 ear lobe and 2 in the other, and a tragus (?)
And I'm 45

Three in each earlobe, plus two in my right cartilage.

5 & 2 all in the lobes. I want a helix piercing on the side with only 2, but I'm a wuss.

I'm 33 and just before lockdown had a second hole redone. I won't take them out before I die. I also have the bits of my ear next to my head (I think Tragus and the bit above that) and had the top of my ear but took it out. When it's safer I will get two in the top of my ear and maybe my nose.

I had my first piercing done at 12, second one at 16. I'm now 41 and love wearing 2 earrings in each ear.

Two in each ear plus helix piercings, and I'm 40-something

2 in each lobe and 1 helix, so 5 and Im 43. Definitely go for another if you want it.

Three in my left lobe and one in my right, I almost always wear sterling silver sleepers in all of them. Original one in each ear piercings were done at a local jewellers almost thirty years ago when I was 13, and the two additional piercings were done in Claire’s when I was at university twenty years ago.
