Mine has to be from Glee, where Blaine Anderson (Darren Kriss) sings Cough Syrup whilst Karofsky attempts suicide.

There's a scene in Orphan Black where all the clones are dancing to Water Prayer by Adham Shaikh and they are dancing all in their own unique ways. It's so good.

That show had all the best music! I love the way they got so many bands actually playing in the Bronze.
