Keto beginner book recommendations?

I'd like to start keto, but I feel like I need a really good explanation as to what it entails and I then need easy and tasty recipes (I'm a dreadful cook!)

Is there a "Keto for Dummies"? (There might be - I'll have a look now! Lol

Thanks for those - I'll check them out!

Would also really like to buy a lovely, glossy hardback with lots of yummy looking photos if anyone knows of such a tome?!

This book is lovely - I have tried 5 recipes so far and loved them all. There is an explanation of keto, the suitable foods and so on at the beginning.

Research as much as you can, I read loads before starting and have now been keto for 6 months.

“Eat Rich Live Long” (Ivor Cummins and Jeffrey Gerber) is very good. A US book, very good on the science and background and is an easy read. It also includes a few recipes and meal plans (but is primarily a factual book).
I’d also recommend the Diet Doctor website which is a brilliant resource for info, articles, detailed good lists and recipes for both keto and low carb. (I subscribe but there’s a lot of info you can get for free too - have a look and see what you think).
