Chemical pregnancy

I was diagnosed with a chemical pregnancy after getting a negative result on a test in the hospital but over a week later I am still getting a positive result at home. I have taken 7 tests in just over 2 weeks and all have been positive. I haven’t had a proper bleed just some brown discharge and now that has stopped. Anyone ever had a positive result after a chemical pregnancy diagnosis?

I could get a private scan but not sure it will be worth it if I won’t see anything

Do you have a rough idea of when you might have conceived? Could you have ovulated late? Sorry, I'm prolly being really annoying 😔

@YouBoggleMyMind no not at all. I could have ovulated late I was just looking at dates just now. My partner works offshore so was just checking when he was home in June🙈 it is a possibility!

I have everything crossed for you that you're just a bit earlier than you think 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

@YouBoggleMyMind thank you that’s very kind! When I had my son 8 years ago I didn’t know I was pregnant until about 20 weeks so this feels all new to me!

@Hayley1107 any news?

Hayley1107 · 04/08/2020 19:02

@YouBoggleMyMind I went and got bloods done yesterday and they had came right down to 141 so she said it’s just a chemical pregnancy that has just been absorbed and I will probably get my period within 4 weeks or so🤷🏼‍♀️ All very confusing but glad I know and can move on, hopefully it won’t happen again!

Hi I just wondered if anyone can help or give me some advice as to if they think I’ve had a very early miscarriage or chemical pregnancy?

Woke up on Friday morning with slightly heavy bleeding (thought was period) then I had a slight period pains cramps and back ache and 2/3 hours later I passed a gray tissue sac looking with blood (not clots) last period was end off feb? I done 2 tests not long after this passed both were negative?

Has anyone experienced this?
