Favourite mince beef dish please

I'm sick of the sight of chilli but have some mince to use today.

What can I make?

Cottage pie or a Thai spicy mince stir fry.

Pasta bake. Dead easy and everyone (in this house) will eat it. Win win.

Mary Berry Mexican tortilla bake.
Curried mince with peas.
Meatballs/ homemade burgers
Spicy shepherds pie

By pasta bake do you mean doing a pasta & bolognese then baking it?

Lasagne, bolognese, tacos (chilli sorry, but maybe a change from rice), burgers, meatballs.

Turn your chilli into nachos or a wedges bowl, sloppy joes, homemade burgers, meatballs, pie base, moussaka, lasagne

Picadillo is very nice (there’s a recipe here: www.seriouseats.com/recipes/2012/07/cuban-picadillo-recipe.html - although I refuse to put raisins in mine, and I mostly make it up as I go along).

Or this Korean style beef bowl (damndelicious.net/2013/07/07/korean-beef-bowl/) is really easy and quick.

Or meatballs are good.

Or you could do really simple burgers.

Moussaka if it’s lamb mince otherwise you could do a Mexican with a packet of spices mixed in with the mince to fill tacos plus salsa, sour cream, shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, guacamole, grated cheese, refried beans. Yum now I really fancy that for tea!

Love a pasta bake! OP, mine is basically pasta, Bolognese sauce, but I might add red pepper, courgette or whatever. Grated cheese on top.

You could make an easy meatloaf or mini meatloaves in a muffin pan, nice with just plain potatoes and gravy.

This Italian style beef which can be done with mince rather than chump steak. Easy to throw together and extremely tasty.

Or make a cottage pie base, but top it with sliced cooked potato, dot with butter, then bake so you get a nice crispy top.

This is the nicest ground beef recipe I’ve tried, it smells wonderful and is just as nice to re-heat the day after. Ground beef & cabbage udon noodles.

This pasta bolognese bake with crème fraîche is good for using up leftovers in the fridge. Very easy to make and cheap.

Louisiana dirty rice mmmm

I make "hamburger macaroni cheese" which is amazing or chili

But will be trying some Louisiana dirty rice, that looks right up my street!
