How has your childhood crush aged?

David Duchovny was my first crush 😍 I had posters of him and the X Files all over my bedroom. I've just started watching Aquarius on Netflix and oh my god, he's still gorgeous! I actually think he looks better, but that may be because I've aged 25 years as well and am no longer into men in their 20s!

Keanu Reeves - still looking great, and such a nice guy to boot

John Taylor and Rob Lowe - both still absolutely stunning. First real life crush was such a pretty boy at 12-13 but, weirdly, already starting to go to seed by the time we were 18. Haven’t seen him since, but I imagine his looks probably continued on a downwards trajectory!

Axl Rose - the years have not been kind.

Oooh, and I forgot Ralph Macchio who basically still looks like he did in 1986!

My thoughts exactly, along with ‘still would’.

I actually came face to face with a real life crush at parents evening a few years ago as he was my son’s maths teacher (same age as me, we were at school together) and I think it’s fair to say that he hadn’t updated his hairstyle or fashion style since the 1980s and came across as arrogant. I sat there in disbelief that I ever fancied him.

Real life? Badly. All the boys that were really good looking in our teens seem to have aged badly and look haggered.

Celebrity? Taylor Hanson. Hasn't changed. But I'd rather have Zac these days, he's bloody gorgeous.

Mine was Zac Hanson, I'm still quite impressed with his muscled arms from all that drumming! I actually achieved a life long ambition of going to one of their concerts last year.

Davy Jones of The Monkees - dead.

I've found that men not named David seem to last longer.

Mark Hamill - Luke Skywalker. Just and ordinary looking guy of 68 now, but I love it that he hates Trump, loves his wife and supports his children. Just need to get him onside with trans issues. Step up Mark, you know you want to!

Philip Schofield - he's aged pretty well, but has come out as gay. Hopefully it wasn't a result of me fancying him.

Damon Albarn - he was so pretty, and now he looks unattractively disheveled.

I think men who are "pretty" and androgynous-looking tend to age worse than men with more rugged/masculine looks. That's my general observation, though. I'm thinking in particular of the difference between how Tony Curtis and Jack Lemmon aged!

Donny osmond. He was 40 when I was a teen so clearly some deep physcological issues going on 😁. Still not bad but no longer fancy him now I've seen david tennant

Slash from GnR - not aged well, but not quite as bad as you expect given the hard living.

Brett Michaels - saw him on the Apprentice a few years ago and still would!

But to be fair I am no 19 year old either.

Chris Packham - I still would. In fact I was half hoping I'd meet him on the HS2 demo I went on the other day :/

Adam Ant - not great.

Michael J. Fox - he looks okay actually despite horrendous health issues.

Simon Le Bon - nah not for me now I'm not 14.

Johnny Depp and Mark Owen look rough.

But Martin Kemp is still gorgeous - lucky Shirley.

I love Peter Egan!! He is a handsome chap, gorgeous voice too! Only 30 years my senior.
