When is your kids school breaking up?

Ours breaks up this Fri (midlands) - is there much of a difference nationwide?

DDs is the 22nd, DS is the 17th.

22nd, east midlands.

Glasgow 24th June

20th March

Apparently it should have been 24th July but that's now an INSET, not that it makes a jot of difference.

22nd Essex

Two weeks ago.

Yesterday. Leicester starts summer holidays a week early for some reason that's usually a good thing as we get a week to go on holiday or theme parks while other schools are still in session. This year, not so much with the extended Leicester lockdown 🙁

Friday 17th, London

My dc all break up (as much as you can break up when you haven't seen the the place for four months) on the 17th.

Ours already has, yesterday! Bizarrely early but for a 'leavers' day for the outgoing Yr 2s (it's an infant only school) Sussex

Was supposed to be the 22nd but now changed to the 17th at lunch time so the teachers have preparation days.

Was supposed to be thurs 16th but now tues 14th as no sports day or final day church service (SW London)

28th June. They go back on 31 August (Canada).

We're in Devon. Should've been 22nd but they've brought it forward to this Friday (17th) not that it makes any difference because my kids haven't stepped foot in there since March.

Surrey - dds' primary and secondary are the 17th. Primary I work at is 22nd. Since I'm working from home it matters not!

22nd July in Essex

I'm in Ireland and my 7 year old finished officially on 26th June (but we had slacked off a bit on home schooling) and due back on 31st August.

22nd July Oxfordshire

I think it’s supposed to be Friday.... I should probably check! It could be Tuesday the following week......
Anyhow it doesn’t seem to matter what the official day is!
