What weird things have you found yourself watching on Youtube?

I've somehow found myself addicted to watching old Corporate training videos, like McDonalds, Pizza Hut, various Supermarkets and Blockbusters. I think it's the combination of '90s nostalgia, laughing over how terrible they are, and getting to see some inside secrets.

What strange but addictive videos have you found on Youtube?

I decided to have a go at the rug cleaning video, because I thought there must be something exciting about it, but it goes on for 53 minutes. 53 minutes! 53 minutes of somebody in white wellies spraying water on a rug and pushing suds around. What am I missing?

That Blockbuster training video however is strangely compelling and barking mad.

I've been watching this woman Bailey Sarian, who does her makeup while telling true crime stories. It's really fascinating and I like watching people do their makeup.

Also not quite YouTube (although he has a YouTube channel) but i spent a considerable amount of time watching this fella on TikTok scratch of scratch cards, he hardly won anything, but buys loads.

I watch hair transplant surgery I am fascinated by it and have the opposite of trypophobia so love watching the holes.

My dp and dc are horrified by it.

Chiropractic videos. Find it strangely relaxing to hear people's bodies being cracked. There are even compilation channels like crackaddictz. I have never been to a chiropractor.

Oooh, so many new, weird options!

I like street and themepark food ones.

Videos of items being fed into a crusher. My kids started watching them and I found them weirdly fascinating.

Runaway things, like runaway diesel engines, runaway jet engines and one of a runaway anchor. Fascinating and frightening at the same time.

I watch the most random stuff

But high kicks done in sync to music by dancers (usually in a high school gym)

It's me or the dog, I don't own a dog, don't want a dog, but I love an owner who says there is no way my dog will ever do X, followed by 2 minutes of training by Victoria who does X.

Squirrel assault courses! Hours of my life gone but I did learn that you also get squirrels that are black so worth it really 😂😂

Tiny house videos and organisation tips videos. Love them.

Us super nanny. My kids older now and have always been very well behaved but I am addicted to watching Jo Frost sort out Taylor Hunter and Brady from Louisiana in 20 minutes

Every week I watch a group.of three blokes climb a 45m tower and drop stuff off it onto other things. Gripping stuff.

Tiny house, urban exploration, people climbing tall structures like cranes, most dangerous paths, conspiracy theories, and my personal favourites-ukulele cover songs.

LOVE a tiny house video @woofmachine. My friends does ukulele videos on YouTube. She also plays in a wedding band. One couple sent her video as an example of how they would like their first dance song as close to her version as possible. The guy they were talking to said ‘yeah that will not be a problem at all 😂😂’ When she walked out their jaw hit the floor, she said she felt like she was in one of those videos where famous people turn up to people’s weddings 😀😀😀

I love watching Relaxing Kinetic Sand videos, I can fall down that worm hole for hours!

I've also been enjoying Bailey Sarian.

I can't get enough of anti mlm videos at the moment! I have no idea why but I just find it all fascinating.
