First Cory Monteith (Finn), then Mark Salling (Puckerman) and now Naya Rivera (Santana).

I hope she’s found alive but I doubt it

No worries

Been thinking about this a lot over the last few days. Seems like the wider family is strong and supportive- that poor little boy will need them. I hope they manage to get some answers for him, too.

The police have also said it sounds like she managed to get her son into the boat but not herself which means they were struggling together

That photo bothers me.
It's such a personal, private moment but the media couldn't give them that.

The local police have said they believe that because the boat was not anchored it started drifting while they were out swimming and that swimming after the boat Naya was likely exhausted and was only able to find the strength to get her son on the boat.
Her son told the police that she “boosted him on the boat but when he looked back he saw her disappear under the water.”

It’s so very sad. Hopefully Josey gets plenty of therapy so he doesn’t grow up thinking it was his fault.
