What is going on with glee cast?

First Cory Monteith (Finn), then Mark Salling (Puckerman) and now Naya Rivera (Santana).

I hope she’s found alive but I doubt it

The cast from Glee were as infallible as every other human being. Some were good people, some not.

It’s shit that a woman has gone missing, but making this into a big drama about the tragic cast of glee is pathetic and mawkish.

This woman is probably dead. And that is bloody horrible for family and friends. But you don’t know her so stop grandstanding.

I don’t understand a lot of this story. her child left on the boat sleeping whilst she went for a swim? Wtf .....I don’t understand who would go on a boat with a young child alone anyway

Onlyfools both she and the child went swimming but she didn't come back.

Oh I've just read apparently her son told the police that he watched her disappear under the water when she was trying to swim back

So a four year old got back on the boat and went to sleep?

That's what I read. He was drifting around for a couple of hours apparently. I could easily imagine my 3 yo crying himself to sleep in that situation

What is a 4 year old supposed to do?

I’m guessing he got into the boat and then fell asleep since he couldn’t swim back to shore, he can’t work the boat, and shouting wouldn’t really get him anywhere in the middle of the lake.

Tbf, we don't know if she managed to help her son back onto the boat before going under. The only account they have is the child's and he would be traumatised and very upset. He had his life jacket on but she didn't

OP your primary focus is having a good old gossip and sharing speculation about a woman who has gone missing.

I’m not saying that’s wrong by the way, we all gossip and speculate and chat that’s why we are on this board, but stop trying to present it as “concern about poor Naya”, because it clearly isn’t!

No, a body has been found. They don’t know it’s her body yet.

I think we all sadly knew the outcome, I hope her son gets all the help he needs as losing a parent in this way is an incredibly traumatic thing for a child to witness.

@heartsonacake I don't believe there are any other people reported missing at the lake so it would be unlikely to be someone else.

Unlikely, yes. But the body has not been identified so to state that her body has been found as though it’s fact is disingenuous and creating unnecessary drama.

Really sad. He’s only 4 bless him I can’t imagine how scared he must have been. I’m so glad someone spotted him. Have they said whether it was a suicide or an accident?
